last night I took more pics and videos of him
he's 10months 13days now.
I had to make him sit so I could take the pics, he gets restless anytime he sees you holding a camera at him I don't know why lol.
let me share some of the pics, I don't really know how to share videos tho so I'll just post enough pics.

the videos were from when we were training him last night, I wish I could share them

gsds are working dogs, they aren't indoor pets at all.
I gsd that lives inside will be a disaster to it's owners, they require constant engagement and attention and space to exercise and be themselves.
they are outside dogs without a doubt

My sis had two, her kid and maid went to feed the dogs one time, and out of the blues one attacked the maid cos she was trying to save the boy from being attacked. They sold that one.

Caucasians are very dominant dogs, if you let the dog see itself as the alpha it'll try to bully some of it's owners it sees as weak.
it saw the boy with the food and wanted to forcefully take it from him and when the maid that it doesn't respect tried to lay her hands on him it turned on her too, that's what happened there.
you have to give them obedience training right from when they are small and they're not the type of dogs you should constantly put on chain too.
that's why they aren't recommended for inexperienced dog owners.
pls tell your sis to be careful next time because they can be dangerous when provoked

I have a german shephard of about 4 years,for the past "1year +" getting to 2 years i have tried my possible best in giving her this anti-rebbies injection,but she's so aggressive as she wouldnt want the vet.Doctor in coming close to her to administer the injection,i tried taking her to the vet clinic still the same,i have even used the mouth guard but she wouldnt keep calm up to the point of anytime she sees me coming with the gaurd she'll start misbehaving.the vets doctors are even afraid of coming close to her.
please nairalanders is there any remedy to this ?? Like is there any drugs in place of the injection ? Please i need help, staying in the far north though. :

this is why you should start doing all these things right from when they are young.
an adult dog won't let you do things they aren't used to sometimes.
I suggest you let her calm down, then use you weight to hold her down like you're sitting on her(don't out all your weight on her).
then put the guard on her, you can try petting her to distract her so you can do that.
then while you're on her and the guard is on her mouth, she'll be immobile then the vet can inject her from behind

amitraz can cost as little as 2k for a bottle that will last for months.
and it's not dangerous as far as you don't let your dog drink it, just mix 4ml per liter of water and wet the dog's body after a bath then leave for a few minutes and rinse off.
you can just mix like 2-3 liters for each use.
if the sores are already full blown,then every 2days mix few drops of it in water and clean the sores.
don't let your dog drink it and don't leave it on your dog's body if not your dog might be tempted to lick it off.
always rinse it off after some minutes.

Mange is something that happens inside the body , and it's really stubborn . Injection is the best option tbh

actually, mange is caused by mites which means it's external.
it can be eradicated through chemicals to kill the mites or injections to make the dog's body not to be compatible with the mites.
I use amitraz to bathe my dog every week and he rarely has mange, the few times he does, once I bathe him it'll clear within 2 days

use the water to bathe the dog and don't let the dog drink it.
I prefer mixing it inside water then pouring it on his body after bathing it, it's more effective and economical.
after you've poured it, leave it for some minutes then rinse it off.
don't let the dog drink the water, if you want to apply it on the dog's face, wet a rag and clean it.
and you can also mix a little in water and use a rag to clean the mange sores every 2days till they clear.

ivermectin And Amitraz are control drugs...some sell it though....just like some chemist sell Valium and postinor but standard vet drug store won’t sell it to u unless they know you as a vet or vet apprentice

If you ar lucky to get someone to sell it to u...all well and good...:don’t administer it urself based on what u read on the pack ...let a vet guide u.....

On the other hand... there’s a local parole a vet gave me for my Lhasa...it’s sulphur and red oil..mixed together..it takes a while but it worked wonders..

amitraz is sold in every standard vet shop without restrictions tho, it's not a drug it's more of a chemical you can easily purchase.

if you know how to use amitraz nothing will go wrong, I have never had any accident with it and it works very well, it dry up mange within 2 days

just buy amitraz bath chemical or spray, it costs about 2k, forget that vinegar/aloe vera treatment for now.
use the chemical when you want to bath him or if it's the spray you buy, you can just spray on him and rub, it will dry up within a few days.

I think parvo is worrying the dog...he as diahrea,loss of appetite, loss of weight and he as fever he as all d signs of parvo and the man that sold this dog to me is refusing to collect the dog back from me help me

all those symptoms doesn't necessarily mean parvo, if it was parvo the dog would have been dead since.
take the dog to a vet for testing asap
