this is the one I use, if you can find the one that contains b-complex then better.
it costs 150-200 naira in ph, the one with b-complex costs 250-300 naira.

my vet told me about it and I've been using it whenever my dog's appetite gets low,i hope it'll work for you

go to a chemist and ask for cyproheptadine tablets it costs about 100-200 naira for the 20tablet pack, for her age 1 tablet should be enough,
the tablet should be the 4mg type.
give her 1 tablet an hour before her meal, and see if it'll help, that's what I was using for my dog when his appetite was bad.
also even if she refuses to eat you can give her water with little sugar or glucose inside so her energy can come back.
if her blood sugar level drops to a critical level, it can be bad for her since she's still a little puppy.
if she refuses to drink, try rubbing the glucose or sugar inside her mouth so she can lick it of, you can also try giving her milk too, a puppy that age shouldn't be going 5 days without eating.

that's good to hear, don't force her to eat since she's throwing up.
just make sure she's hydrated and you can put little glucose or sugar in her water for energy.
when the vomiting has reduced maybe by tomorrow then you can feed her again

Good evening FAM.I'm very confused right now, my pregnant gsd-causcasian dog is pregnant. Its her very first pregnancy and since Sunday, she has been groaning severely and has even refused to eat since then.
We have been force feeding her with a mixture of glucose, milk and biscuits given with a syringe she even rejected meat and sardines. We called a vet as well as a trainer and they said that she's normal but we are still worried.
Pls what's the cause? And how can it be solved. I'd have loved to post a video but its more than 4mb
