It would probably cost, as someone said, approximately 150k to hire a nanny to take care or his kids as is. So unless his wife makes 180 - 200k at least at her job, they wouldn't be able to break even.

Unless his mother took over full-time care of her triplets so they can both work, the wife is better off staying home to manage the kids herself.

As for kids, he needs to find a way to get his tunes tied.
