If that guy had respected himself, he wouldn't have been dragged on the ground. The only equipment used for those that resist arrest is electrification with electric baton or other electrifying equipment. And I can bet it that he will still be dragged after the electrification. Because he will be too weak to stand by himself.

If I may ask, does Nigerian police has electric baton or any other weakening equipment? That's what the US cop uses. When you get zapped for resisting arrest, tell me where you are going to get the strenght to prove stubborness from. So that's why it looks as if they don't brutalise them (suspect).
