You people will just come on Internet and spew rubbish as if you have evidence for that. Only illiterate accuse others without evidence, please desist from doing that.

Maybe you lived under a rock during the presidential election period, that's the the only substantial justified reason for you first paragraph.

Recorded videos abound of thugs from the APC going around stopping voters from voting ,and even snatching ballot boxes in states like Lagos state,Rivers,Kogi state,Awka- Ibom,Benue state,Imo state and many more.

Some other videos that shows men of the NPF coming in their patrol vans to cart away with ballot boxes from LP strongholds especially in Lagos and Rivers.
This are recorded evidence,what about the ones that couldn't be captured in real time ?

There are videos of INEC staffs changing results to favour the APC during presidential elections at the collation centres across many states in Nigeria.
Go to twitter and watch many of those videos.

We are not the APC that goes around propagating propagandas.
They go around claiming HE peter Obi is an IPOB terrorist,you did you request for evidence for that assertion ?

The also doctored a video ,the popular"yes daddy" video, without forensic investigation,you believed that video and you have the gut to talk about evidence ?

When the APC propaganda machines were claiming HE was arrested and deported from UK ,did you request for evidence ?
But you probably believed it because it suits your bias.
And many more.

And lastly,your last paragraph shows you know absolutely nothing about the requirements to be met before you're declared a president of Nigeria.
You know absolutely nothing about the Electoral Act, because if you do,you won't be sounding this myopic.
It's an elementary knowledge that you don't need to win every states to be declared a winner for the presidential election.
We have basic requirements and once you can meet those requirements, that's enough.

Obi is simply a con artist and idiotic fellow who want to use backdoor to truncate our democracy. He knew he doesn't win but want to use 2023 electoral act to compel the court to nullify one of most freest election in the history of Nigeria. Inec has power within its jurisdiction to tramsmit election results in whatever way that will ensure smooth process. I think Inec is way smarter than them, electronic transmission of result is very dangerous with the kind of politicians we have now, especially Atiku, it can be hack and cause serious problem for inec.

By 7pm on election days, each party should've know their performances from each polling units through their representatives or party agents but this one wont bring the signed forms summited by his agents at polling units but want Inec to bring theirs as evidence.

Obi major focus is not to retrieve any mandate because he knew he doesn't have any but total nullification of 2023 election.

Your first paragraph;

That's a very misleading headline.

It's very subtle,but very misleading.
Every documents the petitioners tendered in court are certified copies they got from INEC.
They even paid to get access to them.

INEC should be the one answering some serious questions on how they used certified documents from them that's blurred to declare Tinubu the president of Nigeria.

He notes that the uploading of polling unit results have been deployed on 125 constituencies. notes that the IREV is their biggest archive.
