So far in the 4 Governors since 1999, there have been 2 Ikwerres, one Ndoni and one Ijaw

Contrary to what you are saying, it was an Ijaw man (Jonathan) that succeeded Amaechi with Wike, Amaechi had chosen Dakuku (Ijaw) as his successor, so there's nothing like Ikwerre rotating among themselves. They are not that dominant. Wike then passed it to an Ijaw man (Fubara) but Fubara went against the gang, if not he will be doing second term. The Igboid tribes combined have majority but not that outsized, and Ikwerre is just one of them.

Urhobos are doing the right thing cos their dominance is not absolute, there are checks and balances if they try to run roughshod

They are only majority in Delta but very small compared to Igbos and Ijaws nationally so they have to move with sense. And they are not even that outsized compared to the others. Any combination of Anioma, Ijaw, Itsekiri, Isoko will outnumber them. So they are not doing it out of altruism.

Training for Manchester 10km race in 6 weeks with aims of completing in 55 to 60 mins which is 5.30-6.00min/km pace.

Ran a great time of 56 mins 30 secs in the Great Manchester 10km placing me 5000 out of 40,000 runners and top 500 in my age bracket. I may have finished below 55 mins if my wife didn't book us in the slowest wave of the race. Spent so much energy zigzagging between slow runners, getting stopped in my stride and sapping my energy to keep running across the road to overtake etc. I also started from the very back of the field meaning more slow runners to overtake. Heat was also a factor.

Because when I stop for sometime I experience what can be called withdrawal symptoms.

I smoked weed daily for almost 2 years then stopped abruptly with no withdrawal effects when coming up to my pivotal 2nd year exams in Uni. Speaking from experience.

From that day I never touched weed again until I travelled to Jamaica on holiday almost a decade later. And since then I never touched weed again. But I will smoke it if easily available on holiday again, as long as it's the pure leaf male version (not chronic, buds, purple haze or loud which are female versions with 20 times the THC content of regular male weed)

Weed is not really an addictive drug, it's an everyday choice
