PDPGuy: That “network is down” gimmick almost always works because once people would pay any amount, all of a sudden, the network comes alive 🤦🏽♂️ The Ministry being discussed had a challenge (speed of passport personalisation) and went about it by focusing on another issue that didn't contribute to the problem for the most part. I did some consulting work on this project and had alternative Swiss partners for the Ministry that would have solved at least part of the problem. The ministry wanted to start local production of blank passport booklets in Nigeria (which they have now implemented) and which I reported to them is only economical (for the CAPEX spend) with annual production of 20m booklets. Nigeria had annual demand of 2m passports per year as of 2022 so why implement a 20m printing capacity which is wasteful and has poor ROI. Nigeria was better off purchasing 2-3m blank passports per year at $3-$7 dollars per passport depending on spec rather than a large investment in the printing capability and focus on partnering with a vendor that could ensure no biometric bottlenecks (that could still be IRIS from Malaysia who owned the contract if they fix up, or alternative partners). Also ensuring proper logistics so that booklets get to all the centres and ensuring all centres delivered to KPIs that would reduce the effect of corruption and understaffing on personalisation bottlenecks. But the focus was on the printing of blank passports in Nigeria though it was not economical and it was not the problem. You can draw your own conclusion as to why large capital investments are preferable than focussing on the Koko of the matter. There are also infinite chopping avenues in recurrent expenditure with local production (supply of paper, ink, generator fuel etc). Well hopefully these other bottlenecks that prevent quick personalisation are fixed, not just making noise that we now print our blank passports locally which was never the main problem. There is a reason most countries print their blank passports with few vendors around the world - because they don't have the demand to justify setting up their own printing. |

I no even know wetin I spell sef Supernumerary simply means "outside the numbers" ie not on duty For example in a Factory setting, if it takes 10 people to make 1000 products and you had 15 people that day, they will ask why you are not being efficient. If the extra 5 people were not producing output but were there for mandatory Health and Safety training, then those 5 people are Supernumerary - ie your efficiency stats should be normalised to exclude the 5 supernumerary workers that day |

Ambrose is genuinely the best , most gifted and most successful Nigerian to ever play in Scottish football but for the SE? Nah. I dey use the same eye when I dey use look Yobo take Dey look am. Ambrose was a weak link His only attribute was his ball control and calmness but he couldn't handle the physicality and speed of African wingers. Plus he was very old compared to his official age He played centreback in Celtic where the level is lower, his job is just to head ball and his calmness in possession was appreciated compared to the rush rush of most Scottish league centrebacks |

the us through nato were closing in add ukraine, finland, sweden, georgia, moldova with ukraine especially, they get the black sea add georgia and all of russia's west is nato's frontline
they'll strangulate russia and unilaterally conduct economic warfare like they're doing on china and cuba that have not invaded anyone nuclear weapons be damned if they can collapse the soviet union without firing a shot, they'll aggressive target russia's economy to cause another collapse
trump is us imperialism without niceties and the world needs to see this version not the smooth talking obama or the charismatic bill clinton the blunt, abrasive pax americana uncle sam with a top hat
that is the ultimate reason why i supported trump
otherwise you'll still have the delulus in places like brazil and india who think if they twerk a little bit harder the hegemony will wink at them
when the reality is that with the hegemony the overriding principle is we will take what we want, when we want, how we want, under any pretext we desire and the minute you give the impression that you're forgetting this order applies to you, we will either brutalize you directly or make an example of someone else in a way that you wouldn't be able to unsee

We are just campaigning for Odegbami, Muda, Adokiye, Chairman Chukwu to be considered for Nigeria’s all-time team, not represent the world against an alien team. Allow them drink water and drop cup. I used to go and watch Amiesimaka play some Sundays in 1994/95, I've forgotten the name of the team he played for, one old boys team. He won't have been more than 38 years old then and he wasn't fantastic. Odegbami must enter the list. The only reason I'm sceptical about the level of football in the 1970s and early 80s when Odegbami held sway was how poor Zaire were in the World Cup and they were dominant in Africa. Adokiye Amiesimaka who was the 3rd star of the team behind Odegbami and Muda Lawal (and very close to their level) was a law student in Unilag and barely had any club career yet was running things in National Team. Imagine going from Law Class to National team and still running things, then back to school same evening Muda Lawal was a mechanic who offed his mechanic overall and within the same year was already playing for Super Eagles Level was low in Odegbamis time, can't really compare him to players in 1990s

DissTroy: "Dr Umar is not mainstream. Dr Umar is a meme." Dr Umar does not belong to any political party and is not mainstreamed politically. It's a Straw man argument to draw equivalence between Dr Umar and far-right Republicans. Elon Musk, Nick Fuentes and co are White Supremacist card carrying far-right Republicans. Dr Umar is a black supremacist of no political affiliation. His views are even traditionally conservative - 2 parent homes, anti LGBT etc This is from AI, nothing concern Dr Umar inside our talks. Dr. Umar Johnson, also known as Dr. Umar, is a prominent figure in the Pan-African movement, and his political affiliation is more aligned with Black nationalism and Pan-Africanism. He's known for advocating for Black self-determination and empowerment, rather than aligning with traditional political parties like Democrats or Republicans.
In fact, Dr. Umar has expressed that he doesn't want Black people to be "married" to either party, suggesting a more independent approach to politics. He's focused on building a Black political union that prioritizes the interests of the Black community.¹ ²
Dr. Umar Johnson has expressed criticism towards Barack Obama's presidency, stating that it normalized the LGBTQ agenda in the Black community. He believes this normalization has implications for race relations and the challenges faced by Black Americans. Johnson also emphasizes the responsibilities of both Black and white communities in addressing racism and social issues.¹
In an interview, Johnson mentioned he didn't support Obama, but the specifics of his views are part of a broader discussion on Black relationships, two-parent homes, and social issues.² |

Lookman has not done enough to make a Naija first eleven, On the left wing players like Amunike and Ikpeba fit body am sef .
Iwobi might be better than his uncle but none of them is making Nigeria first 11. Iwobis uncle can go hustle for Bolton first 11 Babayaro and Taiwo were disgrace for Super Eagles, very soft and their wing always targeted especially Taiwo who goes walkabout. Babayaro NT career ends in underaged tournaments, nothing remarkable at senior level. I never reason Iroha, na Babayaro and Taiwo I want reason I must have Uche Okechukwu in my 11 and Keshi for his pre-94 career plus his exploits as coach. And Bassey is already an all-timer, so easily I will move Bassey to leftback Yobo was a disgrace who old age already caught by 2007 and who was bodied and bullied incessantly in Ghana 2008 by Salomon Kalou and Malians. He also failed to qualify us for 2006 WC against bloody Angola I can't put snail Mikel in my midfield. The dilemma is which to prioritise between finishing high in the classic leagues by deploying all available chips between GW25-32 to optimise overall ranking or to prioritise the H2H Leagues by sitting on the chips till very end of the season GW35-38 so as to win H2H playoffs and ultimately the final. H2H League it is for me League always trumps H2H Speaking as a 2 time league winner and 5 time FA Cup winner.
