That number is based on transfer interest which Leicester had to beat. When Fofana was a wanted man by top clubs, Cucurella was being tussled over by Eibar and Getafe, hence his £5m valuation.

The only sure starters in Brighton team bar the goalkeeper are Dunk, Webster, Cucurella, Bissouma and Moder. His only competition was Moder as Dunk and Webster missed parts of the season with injury while Bissouma had a råpe case on his head.

He can't make Leicester top3 POTY with 1 GA, you can take that to the bank. I doubt he can even finish above Timothy Castagne who despite injury banged some stunning goals for Leicester. Let's not misconstrue the conversation to mean whether he is quality or not. Simply based on profile which is what executives use to measure transfer value, Fufuna has a much higher profile.
