benalvino3:This is not Nigeria where you get Audu to climb your roof. There is significant cost in the labour for installation. Last time I enquired about solar panelling my whole roof with installation I was quoted £15k. You think these people are planning for just this winter? I told you Europeans are planners and there are enough people.with sense of civic duty to take load off the grid with alternative methods. You can see people there buying insulation for their walls, others buying electric heaters (which will feed from coal and nuclear etc) to take pressure off gas. These are all long term investments - rich people covering eventualities and doing their civic duty to boot. Europeans burning peat, coal and firewood is not new, anyone over 35 grew up with that as standard. This is only really a German problem as almost all other countries have LNG inlets. Putin saw that Europeans had filled their gas storages up to 80%, e shock am, so he is trying to stop flows now knowing that is enough for 3 months supply, hoping they drain it up by January. But e go shock am.

benalvino3:People are spending £15k rushing to buy solar panels in your video and you are presenting it as evidence of suffering. ![]() Learn that Europeans are planners, they are protecting all eventualities, so don't cry more than the bereaved. If installing solar panel at a cost that can pay a Russian on minimum wage for 5 years is suffering, I want to be among those suffering. Some of these are people with sense of civic duty who will do their bit to reduce demand by using alternative sources. Help me with wood for my fire pit abeg, the suffering is becoming too much

saxywale2:Leave the Nairaland Putinbots who know more than the people paying the bills abeg. |
saxywale2:Leave that mumu. My gas bill was £71, my electric bill was £82. The company is owing me credit. Putin will soon kill me oh. Like I said, Europe is a society oriented around headlines to protect the poorest in society. That's the beauty of democracy. Pesin wey NEPA never let am see light for one week will be crying more than the Europeans because of headlines.

benalvino3:IMF did not predict any GDP recovery. They predicted 6% fall in 2022 and 3.5% in 2023. Is that not about 9.5% while they are predicting 3 and 2% growth for the rest of the world. So the rest of the world is predicted to be growing 5% in total over the 2 years while Russia is backsliding 10%, is that sanctions not working in your eye? When you have already fallen, you are on a lower height and they still expect you to fall again rather than rebound which is what most countries do, you say they are predicted to recover. If you fall 5% every year, after just 10 years, you will have lost half of everything you had.
|
benalvino3:There is no crying in the EU than in Russia. All you are seeing is a free media that cares about the living standards of the 10% poorest in society. Russians have been living in squalor for years and nobody cares, just like Umudike where poverty is grinding and don't make noise like the Europeans. If Europeans suffer just 2% drop, it will be all over your front page news, to the point you that is struggling to soak garri twice a day will think they are struggling more than you. That is democracy, and that is freedom. |
benalvino3:They are not expected anything unless sanctions are lifted. 12% they experienced in 2020 is in keeping with a one off lifetime event of Covid. USA GDP.fell 30% in one quarter in 2020 but recovered by the end of the year. For context, the great depression lasted 10 years and only wiped 30% off GDP in 10 years. That's ten years of the biggest financial catastrophe in US history causing 30% decline, exactly the same as Covid did in one quarter. Keep thinking 4% is nothing, something USA has not seen over a full year since 1946. Your problem is you don't know anything about economics and expect Russia to collapse in few months like say na Abacha. Even Venezuela took 10 years and the Soviet Union took 40 years. Stick to what you know. |
benalvino3:Like I said, you are very foolish, quoting figures you have no grasp of. 2020 decline on 2019 is Covid pandemic 2021 increase on 2020 is recovery from Covid pandemic. 4% is a big deal in any developed economy. No be 1.6% make you dey shout Armageddon on USA last quarter? All your talk of no fly zone is unrealistic. Sanctions are having their effect steadily. They are just starting and Russia is getting desperate playing their last gambit to break the Wests resolve. You just dey para because anything that Biden does must be wrong in your world view.

timay1:You know or you assume? Seen a lot of commentary leaning on the usual fall back arguments The fact is that Rishi Sunak will easily win a general election against Liz Truss but he cannot win an election of Conservative party members against Liz Truss of which only 200k members vote. Reasons are simple - he threw Boris under the bus while Liz Truss is a Boris ally and Conservative party members love Boris. Another 2 blots on his name among Conservative party members is he was holding an American green card till last year and his wife is registered as a non domiciliary and pays no tax in UK. How can you be trusted as a leader, when your wife pays tax to another Govt and you hold green card while serving in Govt (which is against the law)? Rishi is far more popular than Liz Truss and will whitewash her in a general election (Indian or not), but he cannot win among the 200,000 Conservative voters who will never forgive him for double dealing on Boris. Boris annointed his successor, while Rishi is his opp, simple. |
benalvino3:Will you shut your stinking mouth. I asked you what are the alternatives at the time the war started. What do you Benalvino recommend they do? You seem to be suggesting they lie flat and let Russia do whatever they want. Nobody asked you about the mistakes Merkel made in the past, but what do you suggest they do going forward. The sanctions are working, 4% is a big deal to a developed country. You may be used to grinding poverty and Umudike crawling backward at a rate of knots, but 4% is a big disaster to any developed county. And it's just getting started because those sanctions affect everything about how Russia produce goods down to whether their companies can even use Microsoft Office to run operations. For context, USA has not seen 4% YoY GDP decline since the 2nd world war, you open your stinking uneducated mouth to say 4% is nothing. Do you think this is Umudike where economic growth year to year is anything goes? A developed country lost 4% in just a quarter, something that is just revving up, and you opened your dirty mouth to say just 4%. Keep chewing your Russian propaganda and showing your lack of education. For your info, I used £71 in gas last month and the gas company is owing me over £200 cos I pay a fixed amount a month and whatever is left is put toward my balance. Worry about how you will afford akara next month, not whether my bill is £70 or £140. Putin is really biting me over here, I wonder if I should burn these notes to stay warm. This is 2 years salary in Russia which I just brought out to pay two builders here for one weeks labour. Putin is really winning. Efulefu

benalvino3:You are a foolish man. What nothing did the sanctions do? Just touting nonsense from your far-right sources. Russian GDP fell 4% last quarter and is set to tumble deeper and their inflation is at 15%. That is because of the sanctions. They are playing their last gambit now before their matter really cast. Just open your mouth anti-sanctions cho cho cho, what is your alternative? What is even your point? Worry about Umudike where prices are doubling every few months and keep your nose out of what democratic people do. You don't even know most of the material cause of inflation which has been spiking before the invasion. Go and check inflation after the end of the second world war and come back. This is what happens when economies open up after years of inactivity (Covid). |
benalvino3:Worry about things biting you, nothing is biting me, infact my pocket is increasing. You sound like a Russian troll, putting up your Russian propaganda from your far-right websites. Russian inflation is 15%, but as usual a fool like you who doesn't know his left from right will post anything he sees online. I'm sure you've even gone from saying USA should kick Russia out to now supporting Putin after your far-right websites have worked on your stupid brain for a couple of months. |
Kantebets:Same Gallagher wey una dey persecute. Gallagher went to club without an established CAM |
Kantebets:Use sense na. No club has an obligation to add value to another clubs player while keeping their own player on the bench to devalue. Brighton defence were doing well so no need changing a winning formula. He will have to wait for injury as he is first sub. Never judge a young player sent on loan if he fails to start cos he is fighting against another clubs interest in their own players in order to start. Same reason West Brom benched Gnabry in favour of their own players and same reason Rennes benched Jeremie Boga in order to promote Ousmane Dembele. Your trolling would make sense if Brighton defence was not performing much better than Chelsea defence right now. |
Sitwalkstand:Rishi will win in a general election but not with the Conservative party's 200k members who decide the next Prime Minister Rishi messed himself up by backstabbing Boris who the Conservative members love. He also showed he is not a true Patriot by holding American green card till last year and for the fact his wife is non domiciliary, paying her taxes abroad |
obainojazz:Which you too? No be draw we play? This sounds like when Norwich draw with Man City and it will be feeling like a win to them |
Popizaino will be the worst coach of everyone on this section. Nigga knows nothing about defence or pressing duties. His teams will be losing 3-4 every game |
hensben:Who kill Soboma ![]() You no go kill me with laugh |
BlueMann:Eriksen in CM is underrated. I remember one game Spurs were chasing against Palace some years back and Pochettino dropped him into CM and he just ran the game, though it ended 1-1 |
raumdeuter:Na why Donnaruma and Kante won the awards in the individual competitions. In the below picture, substitute Dogecoin with Jogginghoe, Elon Musk with Kante, Snoop with Donnaruma and Gene Simmons with Chiesa. It takes a village to lift a child.
|
Any Leicester centreback that plays with Jonny Evans looks good. He did it for Maguire, then did it for Soyunku. Na why I dey look Fofana with side eye because once Evans gets injured, Leicester defence falls apart. |
raumdeuter:Jogginghoe did not carry anyone, he was the most carried. The UEFA shitz is just coincidence of adding Euros in the same year. On UCL alone, Jogginghoe is far down the list. |
popizaino:Ramires goal |
popizaino:You done misyarn. It was Xavi that Lampard robbed. Messi didn't cause anything |
Kilishihunter:Time wey done up since 2015. Clear road, make I see well jor. |
Kilishihunter:Truth is often spoken in moments of self contemplation. How can a midfield with the greatest DM off all time Busquet, backed by generational talents DeJong and Pedro need fixing? Which one of the above is the fraud? |
Beverlyjean:Education is what your brain needs |
Toney is the big differential this week |
City don't seem to be as defensively solid as usual because they are not starving other teams of the ball as before. While getting balls quickly to Haaland, they are not choking teams to death with passing as well as last season, giving teams more opportunity to counter them. |
Roland17:And physical superiority. Most of those headers he dey jump score won't be scored by a smaller and weaker man |
andrewbaba44:Factor in Osmotic pressure difference. The higher the pressure difference, the quicker something flows from one place to another. The dominance of City over most EPL teams is much greater than the dominance of Dortmund over most Bundesliga teams so more goals will be scored. The better comparison would be if he had played for Bayern in Bundesliga. |
Unlimited22:Bella Kotchap is cooking but a bit clumsy on the ball. Great defensive awareness though. Only £9m Another signing that looks promising for them is that Sekou Mara |

They will be highly disappointed.
