Former governor of Lagos state, Babatunde Raji Fashola has secured the nomination of the three senators from the state.

Senators Oluremi Tinubu, Solomon Adeola and Gbenga Ashafa approved the nomination of the former Chief of Staff of Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Fashola was the Lagos State Governor from May 29, 2007 to May 29, 2015. As a candidate of the Action Congress party, now known as the All Progressives Congress, Fashola succeeded Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on 14 April 2007, and was sworn in on 29 May 2007. He was re-elected on 26 April 2011.

He was called to the Nigerian Bar as a solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in November 1988 after completing the professional training programme at the Nigerian Law School, Lagos which he undertook between 1987 and 1988

Few weeks ago, you were demanded to explain the whereabout of the $1.005b loan obtained from China in 2012 under Ex-President Goodluck Jonathan. We still dey wait for proper explanation, madam.

3. Marilyn Ogar nko? My Ex-madam DSS with all your stern look, toughness and the demand of your office, you still had the time to play "politricks" and in the process collected bribes shortly before the governorship elections in Osun state from the Petroleum Products Marketing Company to supply lorry-loads of dual purpose kerosene.

Not long ago you were invited by the EFCC to explain the strange inflow of funds into companies where you had interests when your husband was the governor of Kwara state. 8. Patricia Olubunmi Etteh. Thumbs up my ex-Speaker of the Nigerian House of Representatives for spending N628m on renovations of your official residence and that of your deputy plus buying 12 official cars for the House of Representatives. I never knew car purchasing was part of your duty o!

9. Cecilia Ibru. I bow in awe of you. You try nor be small. You were said to be involved in one of the biggest female corruption scandals in the history of Nigeria, laundering of N15b and about 120 other offences, including insider trading, wire fraud, abuse of office, fraudulent abuse of process of award of facilities and fraudulent manipulation of the capital markets. As Mama Peace talkam, "Chai, chai, chai, daris God o!"

10. Dr. Ndidi Okereke. You have done well my ex-madam NSE. You try so tey for corruption dem accuse u of misappropriation of funds and fraudulent transactions including purchase of N186m worth of wrist watches without proper accounts and a yacht for N39m

Bruv, look around you. Do you seriously think Nigerian youths are ready for leadership? Only very few are in an age when the majority are obsessed with bling, social networking, party lifestyle and 'big man thinz'. I interact with a lot of young Nigerians (18-35) and I can say most (90%) are not serious or conscious of what matters in life and how they can contribute towards making their society better. Young people do not automatically deserve anything. They must earn whatever they want in life. If I were Buhari I would ignore Nigerian youths because of what they are. Better to recruit from an era where people were patriotic and were dedicated to serving their nation than enlist irresponsible young people from an era of narcissism and shallowness.
