I cancelled my Visa application. Will they return my IHS fee together with that of Visa or I need make a special request for refund.

I only had Visa to the UK once and I entered the UK 5 times as a result of travelling. How many times have you been to the UK in the past 10 years? Is my answer 5 based on the number of entry with my visa or 1 based on the number of visa granted.

I completed my MSc in the UK in September 2019, I resumed in Germany for another study. I came to Nigeria(planned 2 weeks) and got stuck because of Corona(Visa&temporary BRP also expired). I thought it was over and I won't be able to return to Germany because I left without my BRP(it takes months to get it in Germany).

I submitted applications for MSc in the UK and I never mentioned I am a student in Germany because I felt won't go back. Just a few hours ago, I got my German BRP. I intend to either drop my Germany programme or combine the 2.

I have always been scared that my Visa might be denied because I didn't declare studying in Germany. I am also thinking I should communicate with my UK school about applying for my UK Visa in Germany since it was easier for me to move from the UK to Germany. Does it make sense to apply in Nigeria than in Germany or I should use my German address and book my Visa appointment in Germany? Thanks.

I am also scared of my visa application in Nigeria because I will be applying with my family in Nigeria(ECO might feel I won't return to Nigeria(travelling with a 4 weeks old baby)). Can I apply from Germany while my family are submitting Visa applications in Nigeria at the same time or they should wait till I get my Visa in Germany

Can a student and her dependants apply for Visa from 2 different countries at the same time?

Money can either be in an account that's in the name of the main applicant and/or the dependant 's name, or (for children only) the name of either parent.

When applying for Tier 4 and Tier 4 dependant visas at the same time, must they have the maintenance + balance in the primary applicant's account or they can all have their money in their respective accounts( dependant bank accounts + tier 4 student bank account)?

In this case, I suggest that the dependant applies after the student has settled down in the UK.

Visa vignettes are normally valid for one month. The dependant travelling 2 months after the student's arrival in the UK even though they applied and received their visas at the same time will only be possible if the visa vignettes are valid for 3 months as in the case of the current reissued vignettes for the visa vignettes that expired due to Covid-19.

If the student and the dependant apply together with both visas granted, the dependant can apply for a replacement vignette after the initial vignette expires and this will be issued with 3 months' validity till the end of 2020. This usually costs about £189 and I think it will be a waste of time and resources in this scenario.

please don't withdraw the money till you receive your visa decision. I t deends on your school, LSBU, GCU etc. must see your bank statement before they issue CAS to you while some other universities will give you CAS once they receive your deposit.

For guys going to Bournemouth Universitry. I was sent the scholarship letter and told to pay the deposit. I have not seen anything like offer letter(unconditional offer). Is it normal(scholarship letter before offer letter)? I am still seeing Decision pending under Decision/Status. Thanks.
