I don't know whether it's difficult to understand that without the Holy Spirit in you, you will never comprehend the Bible. It tells a story not literally When intelligent people are talking, u should listen and learn instead of making a fooling urself. |

BluntTheApostle: No one has tampered with the Bible per se.
There are different versions of the Bible due to translation philosophies. Some translations are word-for-word, some are thought-for-thought, some are both word-for-word and thought-for-thought, and some are paraphrased translations.
Although no one has the original manuscripts due to the culture of destroying copies after recopying, the Bible has maintained its integrity.
However, even though the Bible is still technically intact, false teachers continue to pervert it for pecuniary gains.
These false teachers can't rewrite the Bible, but they can misinterpret it for financial gains and brainwashing. The original manuscript are available in different museum around the world. The deadsea scroll seems to be the oldest when it comes to the old testament, but the deadsea scroll contain more that a 100 books. So why did the church filter so many books n choose only a few as the Bible. Some part and stories in the Bible were added by later Christians e.g story of the adulterous woman wasn't in any of the old manuscript of the Bible. So were did that story came from. From my observation, the stories in the Bible are not authentic and most were plagiarized from ancient Egypt methodology. Ever wondered why most of these scrolls were written in Greek instead of Hebrew. The Christian religion was obviously form by Greeks, that's why the likes of Constantine and the Greek council of necea seems to be the founding fathers of Christianity. |

HellVictorinho: My dad did worse but my sisters don't think about the severity of those bad things. They feel those things don't matter anymore because some people have assisted them financially. Although they can't marry someone as irresponsible as my father, they feel he has tried for my mum and the rest of us which is a contradiction because they should be willing to marry someone like him since they think he's tried for my mum and them. Anyway,my father is still clueless about our survival. Life is an absurdity, indeed. That's bad of ur sisters o, doesn't even make sense, they should be the one with more understanding. |

SouthNigerian: Happy International Women's Day to the females out there.
When growing up as a child, my Mom faced a lot of discriminations in the hands of my Dad and his family.
She faced constant assaults physically, emotionally and spiritually. My Dad never wanted my Mom to fulfill her potentials because he felt his authority in the house would be challenged if my Mom become financially independent. My Dad's anti-progressive attitudes towards my Mom drained all her aspirations to become great in life.
She abandoned her lofty ambitions because she's a wife. She left the things that would have made her fulfilled because she's had to save her marriage. My parents lack of cooperation affected my upbringing and education(thanks to exposure and good friends). I could have been making South Nigeria proud if I had good education but hey, here we are
I discovered my Mom wasn't the only person in the league of subjugation by men. It came to my knowledge that women are slaved beings in that thing called Marriage. I discovered most men are envious of their women who seek to be free and great in life.
All of my childhood experiences and societal ideologies made me arrive at the conclusion that marriage is nothing but a trap for women. Crazy enough, women are the ones who seek marriage the most.
I have decided never to get married because I believe in great potentials that women harbor. I strongly believe in the strength of women. I believe in women's capabilities.
Many of you guys would say Nigerian Women are useless. How many of you guys would husband a woman who aspire to be as great as Okonjo Iweala, Folorunsho Alakija? How many of you doesn't mind having a wife who is richer and influential than you are? Well, me don't mind seeing my woman greater than I am. Her breakthroughs would only multiply my desire to be greater.
As for me, I have decided to shun marriage. Even if I have to get married in the future, she must be a woman capable of challenging me. What I mean by challenge here isn't the woman who quarrel me, I mean the woman who have a lot to bring on the table. A woman I can gain from intellectually, spiritually, emotionally and of course physically. She must be a woman ready to speak up for other women.
FEMINISM DOESN'T BRING AN END TO THE THOUSAND YEARS REIGN OF MEN IN THE SOCIETY. FEMINISM IS CREATING A FUTURE OF FREEDOM FOR BOTH GENDERS TO GO AHEAD AND FULFILL THEIR GREATEST POTENTIALS.
My Advice to Our Ladies Out There: Seek to be independent in all ramifications. Financial, emotional, spiritual, physical independence etc.
Choose to be the best you can be with track records, don't choose to be a hoe.
HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY. Reading ur story I just felt like we have same parents. How ur dad treated ur mom is exactly how my dad treated my mom. I get so furious and angry with him at times. His actions n inactions affected me n my sister life. But we know better now. I think is common with the older generation men but alot of us new generation are learning, there's no way I could treat a woman the way my dad treated my mom. I'm not even a feminist but I understand the need for equality amoung men n women. So I do my best in my own little way I can. |

Women and children are the most protected group of ppl in the uk. It is as though the powers that be there have sworn to avenge the past centuries of abuse of women and children there. Many responsible men never touch women with a badge pole in the Uk U will be surprise that the woman is a Nigerian. babythug: Divorce is an unfortunate situation to be in. Nonetheless it’s not the end of the world . Both himself and his former wife are to blame . He should brace up and try the following:
1. Dust himself and be ready to start over . 2. Face his career or job 3. Determine to be at peace with his ex no matter the level of provocation or otherwise 4. Be the best father he can be to his children given the circumstances. Pay whatever bills as deemed necessary and pay extra where possible 5. He should document any payment made 6. He must not bring the kids into the divorce by relaying what their mum has done or not done to them 7. Did u read the thread, how can he be a good father when the woman already prevent him from seeing the children. |

The only reason this is a news is because we think we should be the first to get the call in Africa based on our status but we must realise that it's all in the past now. Others have moved ahead. Nigeriabiafra82: Reason we don’t need their food Have you been to the north, well if you have not These are my reason northerners should increase the blockade 1,infertility Northern Nigeria are known to have the most toughest climate conditions in Nigeria, which make their farm produce infertile without fertilizer, 2,consumption of fertilized farm produce causes cancer, due to the tough climate conditions in the north they engage in too much fertilizer applications which at the end changes the test of farm produce 3,fertilized vegetables can’t be compare with home grown vegetables
The last time I visited north I realize that their vegetables and cucumber have different taste as a result of fertilization I realize that vegetables turns black after cooking and taste bitter Cucumber also have butter taste unlike cucumber grown in the south 4,we all know that red meat is very bad to our health, hence we need to curb consumption of cow meet
5, in olden people live upto 130 years and ,and barely develop the kind of sickness this generation witness ,is because they eat nature vitals without fertilizers
6,in develop world,70 %of rich men have small garden where they plan various type of vegetables,it help us know what we consume
7,this blockade will help southerners engage massively into agriculture, because we have fertile land, apart from fulani herdsmen atrocities,we have no other challenge
Etc I have been to the north and u couldn't have said it any better, I even tried farming, I planted yam, groundnut n corn. The yam didn't grow at all, the groundnut n corn grew Abit and started dieing. I was advised to use their chemical fertilizer else I wouldn't be able to do farming, in kebbi state to be precise. I realized the soil is not fertile. I also noticed it's thesame for sokoto n through out north West excluding Niger. |

mastermaestro: I am not taking sides. But I strongly believe that the donor is the sole owner of the house. The family is grieved because they have no alternative accommodation. Since it has to do with church and pastor, everyone will twist the story to dent the image of the church. How could many people contribute to build a house? Lame defence to get public sympathy. For them to say that he brought the lion's share proves that he singlehandedly built the house. It is not a family house. People should learn to tell the truth. And u know this because the man told u. I pity u sha because religion has beclouded ur sense or reasoning |

But for the father - he should have rethought the whole thing...anyway Nigeria story - there is always more to it. It's not his house, he only has the effrontery to do so because he contributed the lion share n probably his the rich one amoung his siblings. |

Those family living in it should move out.
Who knows they have been living there for years free of charge and responsibility while fighting the guy over his house. Omo, are u already. Did u even watch the video.
