There is no room for trinity in the Old Testament Law to the Jews. Did their God decieve them or did He lie to them? If not, there must still only be one Lord in the same context in which the Jews have always known their God- as one Person, not three. And if that be the case, then it can only mean, for Jesus to be truly who He said He was, that He was Jehovah in human flesh.
