you r talkin about bosun right. Guy is a genius. We attended d same primary sch @ibadan. He was d very best then and also durin his sec sch days. Last time i heard he is @ oracle.

But i think the pass rate in federal schools tend to be generally higher. I attended a state school and the guy dat had first class in my dept had to be pushed up. He finished with 4.48. And i can confirm to u that he is also a genius cos he my closest friend. Overall we had 19 first class out of 2700 grad students. U can see the disparity.
I think the environment and the attitude of lecturers play a major role.
