Can u avail me of the section and subsection of the Constitution that says Party exclusion litigation starts after declaration of result.

Ok when did they (ANDP) find out they were excluded, was it not on the day of election they could not find their logo on the ballot paper? So the Constitution say they had 21 days from THAT DAY to appeal their exclusion. dey did not.
Now they start counting 21 days from the day Diri was sworn in.
So u tell me when was harm don them, THE DAY THEY WERE EXCLUDED which was election day.
