Freelancers most likely would be paid by self employment or limited company. Both you cannt do on tier 4 visa

If the company payrolls you as a staff then its possible . However to find an agency that would payroll a freelance is almost impossible

You can get 20 hours/week paid contract job.

For January entry, How about working 50 hours per week during school break from May - September ? = 9 × 50hours × 22 weeks = 9900 pounds just for May- September. I am sure the 20 hours school term wages should be enough to pay for moderate accommodation and other bills .

Ok so....quick one. Let me share my experiences so far
I now understand why ppl abroad find it difficult to have time. You almost have to plan your breath. Time is really a scarce commodity here. I don't know how all the good ppl here @justwise, @mimilyrics, @stenon et all. I don't know how you find time for this forum ooo. You were and are still a blessing. Whatever way you have been able to keep squeezing out the time to help ppl here, I would say its worth every part of it. Being a part if so many ppl's life journey and being a blessing to them is worth all the effort. So pls as God helps you, don't get tired.

Now....let me say this bitter truth. A bitter truth that ppl on this forum have quarrelled with Justwise for saying. This ppl included me.

This is not the best time to come to the Uk..
IOW, if you have the means to still chill in Nigeria for 6-12months, sadly, I would advise you to do so.

However, if you want to come and join us to whether this terrible tough period, I am not discouraging you. You are welcome.

This is true, and related to that, everyone who has left or plans to leave Nigeria with no going back should be ready for the vastly reduced epxerience they are going to get. Like I say, read, read, read the damn UK papers before you come (The Guardian is free to read online, you could also take out a free trial subscription to the Tory papers online The Times or The Telegraph to get an idea of government thinking) so you know what awaits you. I am pretty disgusted with many of the Nigerian students we've been meeting here, I find them idiotic for investing all that money and still being astounded at the situation here on arrival.

Oh you're a fresh applicant. Maybe you'll do the capturing same day with the interview.

Renewal is 17k. Fresh passport is 26k.

So, I guess you're applying for fresh passport. If its for renewal, go back and start the application for renewal.

if you are converting pounds to Naira anytime you wanna spend you would feel like not spending money...... if I tell you my own eh ok hear this I did call a barber for a home service last week do you know how much he charged me? He charged me £30 pounds I didn’t even know it was that much until I converted it to Naira after he went ,I saw it was N19,000 ooo my leg begin to shake ooo because in Nigeria I do have my haircut in a standard barber shop in Abuja and at most it N1,000 with free body massage after cutting my hair. To wash car nko it £15 that’s almost N12,000. But in all I can not be converting pounds to Naira if I want to spend it doesn’t make any sense as the economy is different.

You can apply. Either at any passport offife or online. Online is cheaper.

I used GTBank but I had to transfer the funds to my Paga wallet like you would do to any other bank account. Just choose Paga as the beneficiary bank and use your Paga account number as the beneficiary's account number. Your registered account name with Paga should pop up.

It's just the number that's required. I don't know about physical application but if you're applying online, NIN is not even compulsory. You can submit your form without inputing your NIN.
