Lol you have no clue man, keep on disgracing your self

Did kayode flop or not ? 12 games no goal and you don't want to call him flop?

Nwakali was loaned to another club he had a good stint in that club the first time he was loaned there.

Someone made team of the week no goals and no assist ? What are you smoking, you can't hide the fact you are a tribalist
Easy bro. Please let's focus on more gainful discussions.

He returned to MVV because Arsenal believed he should be getting more game time beyond the time scraps he was getting at VVV Venlo. It was not for lack of ability. It was for game time. Simple.

You are just refusing to see the obvious truth. And K.Nwakali also had a few MOTM displays for MVV. I recall you said earlier that he didn't have. Look, just play it cool and balanced because when Kayode was also at a point not getting the daily 90mins his talent craved, you defended him saying that possibly the coach don't like or fancy him. Egbon... Please, Be fair and honest to the letter.
O boy you get time o.

Every time I spend here is costly.

If Athletico played like that against a full strength Nigerian squad, They will lose. It is easy to score when you want against the players that they played against. It will be harder against more seasoned pros.
A make shift Eagles team that was just put together in 3days. It was very obvious in the defense.

They were only just tactically superior to our boys last night. Apart from that our boys really played them.

Our main Super Eagles team will beat that Athletico team hands down.

Some people just like to talk down on their country men. That is it.

Hahahahahahahahaha.... Baba Icon4s don go review our keeper's performance. He tried shaa but he flapped at most shots that came at him. Even that header by Torres, I expected him to do more. Femi Thomas' goalkeeping was a few times brave and beautiful but most times, it was shambolic...
At least we have seen Ajiboye, Thomas, which one remain? Afelokhai. wink

Nwakali started well at vvv venlo, with only 9 games and 1 goal for a MD then the coach stopped playing now you are calling him flop.

He is still a young guy growing,i am not surprised you are quick to call him flop because he is not yoruba, everybody know you in this thread and most people are tired of your antics.

Are you not still the same person that once called for a seyi ojo to be invited just because he is from liverpool academy and he is yoruba,i am glad you are not the coach, your analysis are FAILURES,If you are a football coach you will not even make it in the Nigeria premier league, because of your antics,I know you are still crying like a sheep that kayode is not invited to the national team, what about your ajagun,OGA FORGIVENESS ABEG REST.
How can one be calling a 19 years old that is just coming up a flop already?

Do you know these two men pictured below?

This is false..

Okocha is well known globally. I have asked by strangers in the US about Okocha, Kanu and even Amokachi.
I met an Argentine in Calgary. When I told him my country the next thing he said was "Ah Okocha! ".
No just mind that guy Jare.

Imagine calling Okocha and Yekini local champions. I can even bet he had not started watching football when Yekini played.

He had a poor display in the final. That does not mean I will write him off or make that the only thing about him. I was impressed with him today and I will say it out. This game today is not the same game. A player can be poor in a game and do better in another.

Yekini was a local champion

Yekini only won that award due to a format change that allowed there to be two awards that year

The AFOTY award he won wasnt the one awarded by France Football( The magazine which originally invented the award in the 70s, and also invented the Balon D'or)

Yekini won another AFOTY awarded by a magazine that doesnt even exist today.

I'm not trying to trivialise his achievements, i'm only setting some context.

Football as you know is a game of demand - if you are that good, the big clubs will come in for you. And Yekini never played at a big club...not even a mid level club.

I see no real difference between Yekini's career and someone like Emenalo's to be perfectly honest.
Oga, your last paragraph says it all. Even in your perfect honesty, you are still not honest.

You cant say this with so much certainty. The South African team that embarrassed us in the same same stadium are not in the level of the Gameros,Torres, Gabi, Oblak,Corea, Thomas, Vitolo et all. Also, most of the players on parade for Athletico will walk into the Serbia team that ran rings round us in London.
Just say you were pleasantly surprised.
Oga, I say the Super Eagles will beat this Athletico team.

Na our small U23 boys play them like this e come be our Super Eagles.

Yeah. You just said my mind.

He is gradually building his U23 team. I also expect Taiwo Awoniyi, Victor Osimhen, Musa Yahaya, and Sadiq Umar to join in the party. Henry Onyekuru and Samuel Kalu are also eligible. Not to also forget Chidozie Awaziem and Francis Uzoho.

It’s not my opinion that Jay-Jay had an uninspiring career. That’s a fact.

He never even won APOTY, and that’s an award any reasonable African baller with world class talent should have won at least once.

I agree he’s a Nigerian legend. Like I said in my first post, he’s a local champion.
It is a fat lie that J J had an uninspiring career.

Even the great Ronaldinho acknowledged he got inspiration from JJ let alone other Nigerian players.

Like Okocha or not he remains one of Africa's greatest.
