Why are we always embarrassing ourselves and allowing other foreign countries kick us out of their country as if their country is better. From Ghana to South Africa and now Cameroon, Nigerians are being chased away like they are homeless or displaced jews during the 2nd world war. Please go home and make the most of your country and leave these people who hate us alone.
No b Nigerians dem dey kick out. Na d gademn abok!s.

Why the hell is a tournament such as the all african games not seeded is a wonder, now we have a group of football power houses and a group of football minnows. Hope they're happy now?
CAF and their useless ways of doing things. That's how dey paired Nigeria with d winner Ghana vs Congo while weaker teams like S/Africa will be playing minows like Zimbabwe and Swaziland.

When d final 8 of d Olympic qualifiers emerge u will c d mumu pairing dat CAF will do.

Seriously, they lack that touch of finesse we have seen our U23 players have shown in time past..
But as it stands, I always find myself coming back to sit in front of my TV even if the team is lacklustre..
Addiction?? obsession? ?? .

I think it is patriotism.

Sir, it's been a while, I hope you are fine..
This will be a good test as you rightly attested.
It looks like it was not seeded.
This team should have been seeded in different pots..

As the tournament progresses, it will lose its flair because it will a game of weak teams pairing weak team. I hope our boys go through..
Thanks I am fine My bro i have always been around o. Jst dat the mods often delete my posts and ban me. I am surprised i wasnt banned for my last post.

This U23 team is nt inspiring to me. The team lacks the kind if quality d past U23 teams have. I am nt looking forward to d clash against Congo PR.
Sports › Re: All The News About The Olympic Eagles (U-23) HERE! by Icon4s(m): 9:59am On Jul 10, 2015
I don't know y but I dnt have confidence in this team yet. The team lacks quality From A - Z. We dnt have quality 21-22 yrs olds playing good football in different European leagues and NPFL. Dnt start mentioning those Manu's boy cos those ones are not their yet. undecided Most of those Manu boys probably need to play another U20 before they came be fully matured for U23.

If the success of this team is hinged on the Manu's boys then the team is heading for the rocks. Mark my words!

Gbagaun!! and the Nigeria vs Ghana chest beating resumes again.

This group would be a good test for Siasia and his Boys. But did CAF not seed the teams? See how cheap the other group is. If there were seeings Zimbabwe and Sudan cannot be in the same group.

I dnt know y the NFF are just blind. There is no secured place up North. Bomb blasts from Adamawa to Yobe to Maiduguri to Jos to Kano and now to Kaduna.

Playing politics with the lives of footballers just to make it seem as if every thing is ok and normal in that region.

If I were a Super Eagles player I would not honour any invitation if the next game remains in Kaduna.
Plus that Kaduna Stadium is an embarrassment to Nigerians.

Shame on the NFF.

That's possible. Started 93 but doesn't matter when you start anyway.

But definitely Mikel has no business on that list
Mikels medals store is rich enough to put him up there.

NB: By 1993 i had already seen 2senior World Cups, 4 AFCONS, 5 U17 WC, 5 U20/21 WC & 2 Olympic football games. So i should b d one telling u that football didnt start in 1993.

compared to Kanu? Africa Player of the year 96 and 99, 5th best player in the world 96, Olympic gold, 3 bronzen afcon medals and one silver, UEFA champions league, 2 EPL titles, 2 FA cup titles, second UEFA champions league, UEFA cup winner, first ever golden scorer, FIFA best living 100 footballers, first player to score hattrick against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, ask Mikel to beat that.

There was football before 2005 mate.
Bros I am nt comparing Mikel with Kanu. I was only listing Mikel's achievements that warrants him being listed among the top Five.

And talking abt football before 2005, i am so very very sure u were nt born when i started watching football.

Nigeria U20 skipper Musa Mohammed will join the rest of the squad of his new Turkish club Istanbul Basaksehir FK in Holland for pre-season training on Tuesday.
AfricanFootball.com gathered that the all-action defender has fully integrated with the ambitious IBB squad and will get his European visa in time to travel to Holland by Tuesday.
The squad will leave this weekend for Holland.
Musa signs for Turkish club
The club have already successfully applied for the player’s residence permit.
Skipper Musa was unveiled to the media on Thursday in Istanbul.
He has signed a three-year contract with an option for an additional year.
German Bundesliga outfit Hamburg and Rosenborg of Norway were also keen to sign the 18-year-old fullback from FC Hearts of Abuja.

africanfootball.com/news/542112/Musa-Mohammed-joins-new-club-in-Holland-pre-season
Yes. The boys are rising. By the next U20 WC in 2 yrs time they would have become full professionals and then i can finally place a favorites tag on them. Not this last one that they were academy players and people believed they could be champions.

Imagine how matured and experienced the following next U20 prospects would b in 2yrs time: Akinjide Idowu, Musa Mohammed, Musa Yahaya, Taiwo Awoniyi, Chidera Ezeh, Kelechi Nwakali, Chidiebere Nwakali, Bobby Adekanye, Bob Osime, Ibrahim Mustapha, Ifeanyi Matthew, Dele Alampasu, Habib Makanjuola etc. If they as expected improve with experience from the professional level, this is a team that can blow the world away.
