First of all, that’s 5 bucks not $4. Secondly, that argument is Black man’s mentality. I mean, even if I have the money, why would I wanna waste 5 bucks when I can watch the game for free? FYI - I spend more than $200 per month on my cable and Internet. O pari PROVERBZ: lmao. Watin u de do abroad if u no get 4dolllars to watch match? |

Methinks that option is only for the folks back home. Here I am only getting the $4.98/mo subscription. What am I subscribing for? To watch those boring Naija league games? No thanks. O pari PROVERBZ: there is 200 for a day |

Yup. I parted ways with La Liga on the day Leo Messi left Barca. There’s nothing to watch in La Liga any more. O pari drDoom3: You could use ESPN+, but it is monthly and doesn't show Serie A anymore. Only boring La Liga and Bundesliga. |

OK. I will try again today, the last time I tried it didn’t work. And the game isn’t even listed on hesgoal.com today either, so this FIFA TV is my only hope. O pari Oasis001: Ignore VPN, you can watch directly on FIFA Channel since you are outside Nigeria. |

I concur on the lie. Ebuehi has always put in a MotM performance each time he’s been given a chance to play. But for some reasons, Rohr barely uses him. Strange O pari Subzero047: This is a bare faced lie, I don't think you even believe what you said |

Well, I just checked that app and it’s asking for $4.99/mo. Is there no one off payment option, because I don’t need the monthly subscriptions. O pari PROVERBZ: what is wrong with Nigeria that an illegal streaming site does not have access to it's games? Sir, nothing is wrong with Nigeria the only thing wrong is that u have refused to pay 200 naira and stream it legally on the npfl TV app. |

Seriously, what is about Nigeria that everything about tend to go south. And I mean, everything!
I have these streaming apps on my phone that usually streams practically every live football game in HD, including several African qualifiers, but I am yet to see them carry any games involving Nigeria!
Today for instance, they are scheduled to carry the following African qualifiers: Malawi vs Cameron - currently streaming Cape Verde Island vs CAR CIV vs Mozambique Plus all the Euro qualifiers. But the only game that seems to be missing is Nigeria vs Liberia. And this has always been the pattern. You’d find practically every other games except the Naija games

At his prime, Ahmed Musa was a great player but not any more. He’s way past his prime and doesn’t deserve invite on current form. And you can say the same thing for Shehu. They are just in the team for the “federal character “. O pari zoboizee: One thing we usually forget is that Musa is a good player and so is Shehu. Our current wingers will never get to Musa's past level cum goal scoring abilities till the day they retire from football. Be it Chukwueze, Ejuke, kalu, Onyekuru and/or Simon. Look at how they move, pass, dribble & shoot, then you will know that Musa had perform far better in his national team career. |

My dear, some of those invites are not of Rohr’s making, to be quite honest with you. When it comes to player invitation, his hands are tied. Remember when they (the NFF) vowed that they won’t let him have the final say on player invitations any more? Or just check out how Pinnick, literally, imposed Odion Ighalo on him. O pari nelszx: Rohr still wouldn't have invited them. Has he finished inviting Simon and Shehu?
I have lost all enthusiasm for the eagles now, anything goes. Don't want my hopes dashed |

Wrong. No fantasy here. My argument is that we should select our BEST players to represent us regardless of where they are born. And on current form, you can’t tell me that the likes of Eberechi Eze, David Alaba, Tomori, Tammy, Olise, Okafor, etc. are not amongst the best players of Naija origin available. The problem is that the NFF doesn’t know how to play the game. O pari Philosopher1979: We have Alhassan Yusuf in Royal Antwerp in Belgium and our akinkunmi amoo in Sweden but we are fantasizing about what we don't have. I am not against foreign borns but why not appreciate what we have. The worst thing is that a lot of people here may not support akinkunmi amoo and alhassan Yusuf to be in the nation's cup team but yet fantasize about some foreign born not playing for us. A bird in hand is worth more than two in the bush. Let us appreciate and use what we have first |

Correct me if I am wrong, don’t they have Nigerian fathers? They may be born in Switzerland but we have as much claim to them as Switzerland if one of their parents is Nigerian. O pari Ppogbae: Please check your facts before acting melodramatic on here.
Neither Okafor nor Akanji are Nigerian born. They are both Swiss born and bred and represented their birth nations - like most players.
There is nothing the NFF can do about it. They are not from Nigeria. We have no responsibility towards them nor do they have any towards us |

No way! The Okafor I am watching right now is head and shoulders ahead of Kalu. His football IQ is top notch and he’s a speed star. Come see the way he’s cutting thru Italian defense like a hot knife through butter. That guy can definitely break into the current SE team for sure. Again, no less than 2 Nigerian born players (Okafor and Akanji) in this Switzerland team. And that Okafor guy seems to be a good player, he just started the move that gave Switzerland a goal against Italy. And he’s been literally a thorn on Italian defense so far. Gosh, who did this to us O pari |

Jamuli Collins is in because we don’t have lots of options in the LB position. As for Musa and Shehu, they are there to “balance” the team. They are the quota candidates, if you know what I mean O pari komekn: Then explain the inclusion of Jamui Collins, Shehu, Musa, and one or two others. |

Omo, as a player, you stake your claim to the national team by playing well in your football team. If you’re putting in a solid performance week in week out in your team then there’s no way you won’t get an invite. But if you don’t perform at your football club then how can we expect you to perform wonders at the national team? O pari TheLoneCitizen: For those that use Osimhen and Ighalo to judge a striker who doesn't score on his debut should note that: Osimhen needed 7 different games to score his first super eagle goal. Ighalo needed 3. The players who allegedly aren't doing well have had: Awoniyi - 1 game Onuachu - Goal in 2nd game Moffi - 3 games Dessers - 1 game
How have these ones shown they aren't doing enough? |

I think it’s because the money voted to maintain the stadiums usually ends up in people’s pocket. That’s the “Nigerian factor”, if you ask me. O pari AndSunGorilla: Is because the people that are supposed to be cutting the grass with cutlass or lawn mower have all left for greener pastures abroad, for example the two of you currently discussing |

Frankly, the only two countries that give concern are Algeria and, to a lesser extent, Senegal. I like our chances against any other country including Egypt, Morocco, and Tunisia. O pari daveP: Benin don top J sha.
If we meet Morocco, South Africa, Tunisia, Mali, our Forwards will need to be extra clinical with any slim chances they see. For now they still seem wasteful in GWG. |

Yup. Their soccer pitches are definitely up to standard unlike most African countries. I just can’t understand why other African countries, besides Morocco and South Africa, can’t maintain a good soccer pitch. Anyway, the boys have no excuse not to win on Saturday. Big Joe, I agree with you. This team tends to play well when you give them a good pitch. And Morocco has some of the best soccer pitches in Africa. O pari Joebie: The thought of playing in Morrocco gives me hope. I am expecting a good game from SE, not because Rohr is good. It's just going to be one of those moments when we will come good. I hope we also play well. My sights are on the next round which will prove to be very tricky. |
