Thank you! This is very informative. That probably explains why Rohr hasn’t been playing him in many of our games. He’s our best RB by far and he’s better than most of our LBs as well. Ebuehi is a gem. He can read the game as well as anyone I know. That’s what you get when you cut your teeth in the Dutch league.

He is not even fully (100%) fit yet.

Actually, I will rather play Tunisia or Egypt than CIV. But all in all, the only country I really don’t wanna meet is Algeria (and to a lesser extent Senegal), other than that, I like our chances against any other African teams.

We actually perform better against stronger teams, it when it comes to minnows like Cape Verde that I get worried.

Thank God they are in the same group, so the risk is minimized. As long as it’s not Senegal, Egypt, Algeria or Tunisia we will be fine. Still have a feeling a minor country will shock everyone and qualify for the World Cup next year

I totally agree with you on Aina and Chukwueze, but the MOM for yesterday was Osihmen. Other players who played well include:
Zaidu
Onyekuru
Ndidi
Balogun

Ekong was average at best and I didn’t see much of Aribo. I was actually surprised that Rohr let Aina played as long as he did. I was expecting a change at the beginning of the the second half with Ebuehi coming in. And talking about Ebuehi, I really don’t know what that man did to Rohr. He rarely ever plays Ebuehi but anytime he plays , he shines. And it’s strange because it was Rohr who discovered Ebuehi.

O pari

12large1:
I think we played well today irrespective of the scoreline. We created chances, hit the cross bar, shots on targets despite already qualifying with 2 games to spare. The most impressive player on the pitch was "Zaidu" and ironically he is the only one playing at the last 8 of the Champions league. - The exact reason why I always advocate for our players to play at the best clubs in the world. There's Quality and there's Quantity.

Ola Aina was disappointing I was one of his biggest advocate at RB but if he keep playing this way, he will remain a back up to ebuehi and Awaziem at rb. Akpoguma at RB is a No no

Zaidu - MOM for me was world class today

Ekong and Balogun were shaky, uncomfortable with the ball but sadly there are no better replacement for now so we have no choice

Chukwueze - Disappointing talented but unprofessional.

The best players on the pitch today

1) Zaidu MoM
2) Onyekuru I was very impressed by him and to me he is better than Kalu, Simon, at LW

I don’t think Osihmen received enough credit for that goal.

Nacho did OK. He was just getting tired that’s what necessitated the change. I think he starts again on Tuesday with Osihmen. Onuachu remains a backup, if we need to play a different style or try something different.

Wow. Too bad for him. I don’t see him ever being a regular for the three Lions. I don’t think we’ll miss him either. The only potential loss that gives me a sleepless night is Ebere Eze. He has the potential to have been a playmaker for this Super Eagles team.

O pari

TheSuperNerd:
He actually has. Back in November 2019 vs Kosovo as an 84th min sub. It was a Euro qualifiers.and he made that debut at 21 yrs and 10 months.

The new fifa eligibility rule states that you must have only played not more than 3 official (Competitive) games before age 21 and those games should not be major tournament games.

Tomori was already 21+ on his England debut. So it's up to him. But he chose England so no one should expect us to go after him again after he rejected us already. It's up to him to reach out. Chikena.

Yup, Ebere Eze is a big miss but good luck to him and Tammy Abraham. I wasn’t aware that Tomori has decided to go the same route as well. I wish them well.

As per Lookman, I think he’s a great talent. He’s been one of the best Fulham players this season. Thanks for the update sha

O pari

TheSuperNerd:
Among the names you dropped, it's just Lookman who has since applied for his switch and is already at an advanced stage. Just his passport and final fifa clearance left.

The others are English boys. Tomori already made his choice and he was already 21 when he made his debut for England. Whether he regrets or not is not our business. Dude must live with his choice.
Ebere Eze too has since pitched his tent with England.
We have no business with internationals of other nations for our Super Eagles. wink

Although Reading drew the game but just imagine creating such giant number of chances for the likes of Osimhen and Iheanacho or even the wingers in Chukwueze and Simon in one game. Registering at least 5 goals should be expected.

Ejaria and Olise will instantly make the quality depth of our midfield tops once they finally make their debuts.

Oh my goodness, what a sad story. But still not enough to make a decision to take your own life. Unfortunately, maybe no one preached the real gospel to her. When Jesus Christ saves you, He saves to the utmost: if anyone is in Christ Jesus, s/he is a new creation, old things will pass away (including any rape or sexual molestation in your life) and all things will become brand new. 2 Corinthians 5:17.

As per the monster who molested his own, if true, his day of judgment is coming ... unless he repents.

"I Realized I Have Been Duped By Foreign Myths" - Nigerian Man Publicly Denounces Christianity, Accepts Ijaw Deity Worship (Photos)

A man identified as Bodmas Prince Kemepadei from Sagbama, Bayelsa State has publicly denounced his Christianity and accepted the Egbesu worship, IgbereTV reports.

Egbesu is an ancient war deity entrusted to the Ijaw ethnic nation by the Almighty to defend themselves in times of war and oppression. The ancient cult declined after the successful British occupation of the Ijaw lands in the late 19th century.

The Niger Delta University, Wilberforce Island graduate took to Facebook on Tuesday, November 24, to announce the denounciation and reaffirm his obeisance to Egbesu deity, saying that he has realized that that he was duped by foreign myths.

According to Kemepadei, he believes that the "true worship of God is in our right conducts and not in religious association and buildings." He concluded by challenging his friends to publicly denounce their Christian faith.

You Nigerians are a special breed. So a team of supposedly professional footballers lost a 4 goal lead and all y’all can do is to blame the coach, eh? Unbelievable!!

Who was the coach when the team was leading by 4-0? Please, I am not a big Rohr fan but the blame for today’s defeat squarely lie with players, full stop! We lost the game today due to the unprofessional attitude of our players. Short and simple.

After scoring 4 goals, they relaxed and take their feet off the pedal. What we witnessed in the second half was a team that was playing too relaxed and nonchalantly...making elementary mistakes, giving the ball away easily and refusing to press.

And I can go on and on but I have no time. My point is simple, we lost because of our players and not the coach. The players simply stopped playing to instructions after scoring 4 goal and were instead playing to the gallery.
