It's only in Nigeria that a governor would be spending public funds as if it's his personal money. How can a governor (or president for that matter) spend any funds that were not appropriated by the House? That would Nigeria would remain a #sh!thole country!

I just finished watching the debate on youtube. And here's my verdict:
