Maskyy:
My greetings to newbies and oldbies. Being a while here and busy with outbound to ends users.

You need a chance to start?
If you've read and understand much on domain flipping here. You understand how to :
Filter ED or coin good Geo name
Research the name
Find end users correctly.
Have a good response tactics with follow ups.
You've read on mail tracking.

But you need capital and tools to start. Well, that's why I'm here. I will provide the tools you need for calls and outbounds. And I will buy the domain name.

All you've got to do is register with me, find a name, I buy it, you'll do the research and sell the name, you get % when sales is confirmed.

The percent is juicy, 45%(me), 55%(you).

T&S apply tho. Not something hard.
Shall we start? Contact me on Whatsapp or call with the digit on my signature.
If I tell u say I understand weti u write so, abi big time liar

So you mean king should not sit idle in the palace while an elected President sit idle while the country burn right? It's pathetic!

ORIENTATION101:
Mr sunday you expect buhari to postrate to oonicheesy
People are killed in Ooni's region and their businesses destroyed. It's the CinC that's supposed to visit the region and Ooni and assured them of what's doing to bring the situation under control not Ooni going to visit the President and issuing press conference.

Lest I forget, there was a serious blast along Agbula Odo in Lagos and many people lost their belongings, instead of the President to visit and see things by himself, it was Lagos State Governor that took pictures of what happened to show him in Aso Rock. Same thing happened during the EndSars protest.

Does it mean we no longer understand the tenets of democracy and governance and have we really lost our senses?

Is it possible to get a mail tracker for free web-based email such as Gmail or Yahoo?
There's streak, boomerang, etc for gmail but don't know if they also work for Yahoo mail. I would advise against using Yahoo Mail for outbounding. Those people don't seem to trust Yahoo Mail and it appears it also reveals your true location. Even a distant relative outside the country once told me not to send any mail to him using Yahoo Mail that he won't respond. Don't know why.

Just made a sale on Epik. Domain already pushed to Epik escrow but Tony is telling me to wait for the buyer to receive the domain before I can get my payment.

Please, how do I convince him to pay me and hold the domain till when the buyer is ready to accept the transfer.

Regards
No need to worry yourself. You can only be paid when the buyer has received the domain. That's the normal thing.

I honestly don't know what to invest idle cash of #5m into. I'm not after quick gain but I need passive income. Something that can give me at least 5% of #5m per month.

Been seriously thinking of what I can do... But I can't just seem to get any meaningful ideas. Any help will be appreciated. I don't mind partnership business too but it will need to be very convincing before I can embark on such partnership

Note... I don't need online business... I need offline business
@Moreofitnow, I'm not new to this platform. A lot of people know me here especially in politics section and partially in business section.

If the following percentage and duration of investment is ok by you, get across for more details about the nature, scope and type of investment.

12 months investment u get 29%of invested amount

14 months investment u get 35% of invested amount and

16 months, 45% of invested amount plus capital.

The ball is in your court.

The bold probably supports the grace argument, you know? There are some people whom whatever they touch turns to gold where others may have to labour harder to make anything.

At my level of understanding at the moment, this grace has almost nothing to do with whether you believe in God (or whether you're good) or not. That's why it's often described as unmerited - it's not always because of what you have done.
I may have to partially agree with you Sir.

U1:
Baba, it is! Are you convinced now? grin

I am tempted to share the view of the bro. My experience these years makes me feel so. Let me get more personal.

I have seen people that came into this business years after I first got into it making more than I made in five years in just a month! It may be shocking or incredible, but it's true.

In addition, I observed that my portfolio is bigger than some of those making more frequent sales here. Add to that the fact that I wouldn't even register some of the names they sold. huh

Grace dey o, baba. Well, you might call it luck if that sounds better. cheesy

#WeMove
It could be luck or grace, I don't know. I have an entirely different perspectives about life, religion, etc.

At times portfolio size might not play a role whatsoever in making a sale happen but it's important too. One person with 2 not so good domain names could make a sale while another with 20 quality domain names hasn't sold any.
A particular business some people are making a killing, others might struggle even with superior knowledge and expertise. Those that struggle could move to a different line of business and start doing well instantly.

We were created differently and a lot of factors come into play in propelling us forwards or backwards in all human endeavors.

To be honest, some times I still feel that all these sales report are scripted

I have GEOS and Emd's that are okay yet I wonder if I should bang into the sky before they can get sold

Luxuryhomewares/king for $300, out bounded to 402 end users( not @infos o,I mean E.g John@...)

With numerous followups and price deductions, e no dey interest them even with the silly domain names they are using

I have good geos, I'll keep pushing and waiting to see how long it'll take me to get my first sale
You can't rightly say they're using 'silly' domain names. Perhaps, the so-called 'silly' domain names are working well for them and their businesses. The buying decision rest solely on the end users. Some people call it grace though I'm not convinced if that's true. I've sold a domain recently with just one mail. I sent a mail and the guy replied immediately that he'd buy and the transaction was concluded within 20 mins.

Keep pushing bro...you will still sell. It's just a matter of time and also making good domain names acquisition. May God bless our hustles this year, Amen.

so a southerner will be the president and watch his people being slaughtered?
If u can't decode what I meant based on historical precedent of the South then, there's nothing i can do to help. As strong as OBJ was and wanted to look at the way to make Nigeria balance in all spheres between the South and the North, it was the South West media that frustrated him. Maybe you possibly new to Nigerian politics.

2023 is not far.let's see what will become of them when that evil old man live aso rock and a southerner takes over.

Its game over.this same set of people have provoked all ethnic nationalities in Nigeria and the evil demonic old man has kept mute. Time shall tell who comes out victorious.

Let the governor ban open grazing and put necessary mechanism to enforce the law
Southerners won't do anything trust me. It's like they were programmed to serve the North. Worst of it all, the media based in the south will always destroy any Southerner in power but will look the other way if a Northerner is in power. Go and check the records.

Reno Omokri made the offer of $10,000 to any member of MURIC, JNI or Islamic Council who could point out the place where Rev. Kukah offend Islam in his Christmas day sermon!
MURIC is a one man terrorist group, Reno shouldn't bother about them. Nothing will happen to Bishop Kukah.

Despite hunger, poverty and declining purchasing power of Nigerians, Buhari and Osinbajo have been spending billions on food yearly. They have been borrowing and spending recklessly to the detriment of the poor masses. The same Osinbajo that does not believe in restructuring? You guys must be joking

Anything ranging from three months to one year.

The key is not to time your learning process rather to gather the right resources and always dedicate time everyr day even if it's just 1-2hours per day. I myself mostly code/Learn at night (all through midnight) but it might not work out for you if you're a day worker.

Just don't be in a haste boss, with time and patience na you go dey ginger yourself to pick up other relevant tools/languanges.
Thank you very much for the detail explanation. Would try start possibly from next month. I'm a night crawler so, night would also work for me.
