bro I’m fearing upgrading my level with my BVN,how secure I am with that

Very secure. They're reputable and can't escape authorities if anything goes wrong. So, no fear.

Very easy to catch scammers these days. With just their account number you paid the money into, they're done with.

2sexycom:
what kind?

According to them, mostly one English word although they may be few exceptions. This also goes with .co,. xyz, .io,. and vc.

alawi5k:
Don't mind them. Registered two domains, total cost less than 4k. Sold them within five days. Buyers decided to wait for 2months. Wetin concern me. After two months, received over 200k via BTC. God bless Netsol again.

Different strokes for different folks! Never like Netsol, just started experimenting with them but my experience is unpleasant and regrettable. Sold a domain registered with Netsol, almost two weeks now buyer has refused to open an account with them. I therefore contacted the Marketplace I sold the domain and told them I should push the domain into their holding account until buyer is ready then, he can get it directly from them but they told me since it's a Netsol registered domain, they can't.

Yesterday, I received a first offer of $500 for another of my Netsol domain which couldn't close. Buyer probably went to check Whois and came back with a reduced offer which I rejected. My association with Netsol has ended except, perhaps, for a different reason not for a domain I would outbound.

nwosue67:
Please can someone reply me on this please

If you're confident in the quality of the domain, register it. It doesn't matter whether e don tey for ED or not. I've picked up and sold a domain that have been on ED for two months +

Why not Email the buyer, guide him/her how to initiate a pull, copy Simon in your conversations.

I might take that route but that end user is somehow from our previous conversations. I'll prefer Dan to deal with him on the entire process of ownership change. I'll still keep that option open too tho. Thanks a lot.

ElonMosque:
Who taught you this one?

..."That's why it's advisable to start outbanding few days to expiration of names on Netsol." I guess that wasn't what he wanted to say. Something like '...after 60 days lock are over'

thorrvik55:
Dan are a bit slow on weekends that's why.. You'll hear from them pretty soon. They'll ask u to transfer the name, you'll tell dem the name is under 60 days lock and you'll prefer a push to the buyers account. They'll contact the buyer and ask him if he'll be okay with opening a Netsol acc to receive the name or if he'll wait for the lock to be over..

It's ok. Thanks a lot.

ElonMosque:
Yep. Thats why it could take long before the transaction is closed.. Buyers usually don't understand the pull process of Netsol. If it takes till Wednesday, tell Dan to initiate the pull..

Netsol get wahala be that. No go area

ElonMosque:
Unlike other registrars, if the buyer doesn't initiate the pull, nothing will happen.

Oh, I think I get it now. It's only when either buyer or Dan initiates the pull before I'm involved. I understand now. Thanks.

thorrvik55:
First tins first, is the buyer okay with opening a Netsol account to receive the domain or would he prefer to wait for the 60 days lock to be over?

I have no idea. I was thinking maybe Dan would communicate on the next step but nothing of such.

ElonMosque:
Its the enduser that's suppose to initiate the pull of the domain. Dan would have sent pull instructions to the enduser. Only if the buyer is unresponsive that Dan would initiate the pull of the domain.

OK thanks. You mean I'm not gonna be involved in the push/pull process as it's done in other registrars or what? Don't seem quite clear Sir.

Sorry mates, don't know much about Netsol.

Please how do i go about the push option from Netsol to Dan? Thanks!

Why are people wicked and nairaland getting full of scammers.

I just got a mention, thinking it was from this thread, but got a surprise when I saw someone asking for a vouch for me that he want to pay me for fiverr verification.

Like me that don't even know what fiverr verification is all about, I don't do fiverr upwork and all sorts, nor do I even follow the thread.

I have replied her that am not into that, and won't be held liable if she falls victim to any scammer using my profile name.

Please let's all be careful...

Too many people doing the devil's work online. I don't understand why they can't be patient and go the legit routes. Fast lane doesn't pay at the end. Bros them scammers, be warned!

Hello guys,

With the negative PR Epik has been getting what do we think about still using Epik landers for our Epik names?

Leave it at Epik?
Afternic?
Dan?
using url forwarding to a GoDaddy domain search page (Name will be listed on Afternic for this),
other options (please share)

Thanks

edit: or do we think the PR won't have any effect on using their landers

Epik issue is purely political and has absolutely nothing to do with their business trajectory. Yes, no one should mix business with religion/politics which the CEO seems to be doing but some people somewhere are trying to stifle free speech in the 21st century which is very bad. Termination of fast transfer on Afternic Network is of serious concern. Other than that, no evidence of negative effect on their lander but Epik will come good when the dust is settled.

Please, for many that have multiple cryptocurrency dealer accounts, which one do you prefer ( paxful, luno, nairaEx,and more) most in terms of
1. account opening
2. Ease of transactions
3. ease of verification
4. smooth navigation
5. transparency ( large transactions without wahala)
and any more .
Thanks....

That's more like it.. The lander one uses is a matter of preference, don't make it seem like it's Epik or nothing for Epik registered names.

Yeah, I got you.
