GoodMuyis:
There is no technicality to the highlighted. Buhari acted on court instruction to suspend Onnogbhen. Even if CCT is acting on Buhari's command there is no evidence to that.
It is very easy. Dear Governor Bello can also procure a court injunction to suspend him.
Politics › Re: APC Group Protests Against Abba Kyari, Buhari’s Chief Of Staff In Abuja (photos) by id911(m): 3:12pm On Jun 24, 2019
I remember, months into Buhari's first term, calling for Abba Kyari sacked and making sure Maman Daura, who is over 80 years old, not be allowed close to the President because he would mislead him and the President can't disobey him, I was attacked and abused here on Nairaland so, what suddenly changed? I heard Kyari and Daura don't want some ministers to come back that's why their godfather has paid these idiots to protest

Gen Burutai, please do your work and shoot these protesting miscreants because they are constituting nuisance and are security threat to our dear nation
Politics › Re: How Not To Remove A Chief Judge by id911(m):
Yayaha Bello has power to remove a Chief Judge of the State and appoint another person as replacement. Every state governor has that right without going through the NJC. Every President in Nigeria has that power from now on. President Buhari removed the Chief Justice of Nigeria, another arm of government without recourse to NJC and some Nigerians celebrated.

Yayaha Bello, remove that CJ and appoint another one and nothing will happen. If they take you to Court, be bold and use Buhari as an example and tell them you didn't remove him but only suspended him for corruption and you are going to win the case.

May God bless Yahaya Bello on this one

Fuckyoumod:
It was a fixed match...
It wasn't fixed anything. I've always suspected Joshua not to be a class heavyweight champ. He has a very weak chin. He's just in an era where there are no dangerous heavyweight boxers else Joshua wouldn't have won any belts. The fat American called Ruiz is dangerous and is very skillful. The American will beat the Briton again on November especially if the fight is again in the United States

grin I will tell my dad to discuss with them on the possible health risks, maybe they might educate him on it
You asking your dad to discuss with a 'shark'? What do you possibly want them to tell him? OK, they will tell him there's no health hazards as expected. Anyway it's not my biz...it's your call! Wish you the best
Science/Technology › Re: Is It Advisable To Have A Telecommunication "Mast" Close To A House? by id911(m): 11:20am On Jun 22, 2019
Don't accept it, I repeat don't accept it! The money is too small for the kind of health hazard you guys would be exposed to later in life. If they can pay 10 million for the five years i.e 2 million for a year, collect the money, give them the place and relocate your family to a rented appartment far away from the electromagnetic radiation. Your land still belongs to you so, after five years, you may decide to renew it with higher pay or sack them. Do research about health hazards this mast has done to people in Europe and elsewhere in developed countries, that's why in most countries outside African, they are banned from putting it close to where people are staying.

A word is enough for the wise!

EditLord:
No I don't.
I stopped arguing with you back in February when you said Buhari won't be sworn in as President on May 29. Your intelligence is too high for my IQ to comprehend
I can see how high your IQ is saying how cheap a Nigerian Presidential vehicle is at about one million dollars with over 70 million unemployed youths to that of the United States with a first class economy. SMH for you
Car Talk › Re: Donald Trump's Beast Vs Vladimir Putin's Bunker On Wheels (Photo Comparison) by id911(m): 10:29am On Jun 22, 2019
EditLord:
Did Trump or Buhari buy it from their personal purse?
What are you even arguing about and don't you have sense? How much is US National budget compare to Nigeria's? Only one state in the US is far richer than the whole Nigeria and you applaud a useless and wasteful President like Buhari to waste scared resources on a vehicle?

What are you saying, how did Wike win in the same Supreme court? Every Nigerian has a price, but the price you may not know.
Stop being an hypocrite! The same template Supreme Court used for Wike was the same they used for Ambode. So, why validate Ambode's but shamelessly go around talking rubbish about Wike's?

Do you think it's easy to bribe or influence the Supreme Court justices? They are like a brick wall, extremely difficult. We are talking Supreme Court here not Appeal Court or other lower courts

What's TKO there? Everyone knows it was a five man Panel. Ibrahim Mohammed and Kekere Ekun were not listed as members. The Ag CJN decided to make it a full panel

Osun supreme court seven-man panel

1. Justice Ibrahim Tanko Muhammed- Chairman.
2. Justice Olabode Rhodes Vivour.
3. Justice Kumai Bayang Akaahs.
4. Justice Kudirat Kekere Ekun.
5. Justice Amiru Sanusi.
6. Justice Amina Adamu Augie.
7. Justice Paul Adamu Galinje
It was a 5-man panel before with Bode to preside, I didn't know the CJN later made it a full panel. There must be a reason for making it a full panel of Justices

My brother, any victory less than 50k margin is not a victory to boast of.it is why this case is under contention.you cant boast that the electorates wanted you.look at the margin of victory in oyo, kwara, gombe and compare
It doesn't matter the margin so far it is in consonance with the provision of the constitution and the law ...Victory is victory!
