The court has no business stopping apc from conducting primaries.whether apc was factionalized or not is not the business of the courts.they should have allowed the two factions to conduct their primaries and then they can decide which of the primaries is lawful.the fhc ph should have vacated the injunction long before elections to allow apc partake in the polls.

Luckily,the supreme court will rule on this matter on thursday again.it borders on constitutional matters,gross disenfranchisement.i believe that even if the ruling goes against apc,they will still approach the lower court to vacate the order and order fresh polls.
