aariwa: Ghanaians are more liberally minded than Nigerians. A Nigerian, not to talk of the one in her position would rather die than say this It depends on the personality of the person involved. Although due to the way our society view things, it will be difficult for one to say it out in public. I remember having a discussion with a pastor's wife, she heads a Pentecostal Church here in Lagos. She told me people still want to sleep with her despite the fact that she's the one preaching to them. Not everyone would say that to a church member |

They should hand them over to states and each state can build and maintain more prisons. |

Crime › Would You Support Nigeria Emulates North Korea Way Of Fighting Crime? by id911(op): 10:11pm On Apr 26, 2019 |
If a North Korean citizen commits a crime, their whole family could face punishment. This includes father, mother and siblings. They would serve same jail terms as the person that committed the crime. This makes the reclusive North Korea one of the least crime free states in the world.
Nigeria is a society where wealth is worshiped without caring where and how such wealth is made. This inadvertently pushes youth into crimes. We understand poverty, economic deprivation and the failure of government is the cause of high crime rate in Nigeria. The crime rate in the country is alarming and the rate at which youth take to crime, especially internet fraud, is a serious cause for concern. We have a very bad image abroad due to this.
Would you support such type of law in Nigeria especially if it would also make parents to sit up and train their kids properly and frown at illicit acquisition of wealth, knowing they would also be jailed when their children are caught?

Excuzeme: You guys just bandy words around without examining the REAL MEANING!
"Incontrovertible evidence" means evidence that cannot be DENIED or CONFRONTED in any way!
The basis of Atiku's legal challenge is FAULTY , NUL and VOID. It is trite in law that 'You cant BUILD SOMETHING on NOTHING".
Any legal challenge to Buhari's victory based on ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION oF RESULTS, is ILLEGAL (Section 10 of the Electoral Act 2010), UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND THEREFORE NULL AND VOID. It is as simple as that. Its a "technicality".
Recall: the INEC CHAIRMAN said the Results WOULD NOT be TRANSMITTED ELECTRONICALLY, even before the election was consducted! Also, INEC Server was Shut down and OFFLINE throughtout the elections.
The reason the INEC Server was put OFFLINE and switched-off was because the Electoral Act 2010 forbade INEC from transmitting ANY RESULT electronically! Any INEC staff that does so, will even be committing an "electoral Act offense" because the Electoral Act 2010 (as amended) forbid it.
I actually played a very crucial role on behalf of INEC, in the past election....and that is why l can confidently tell you, from the "Position of Law", why no attempt can be successfully made, to validate this Presidential election, based on card reader transmission of results.
Everything YOU are saying, is just chatter, from the camp of an Atiku who is desperate to become President of cameroun before you argue further, go and read the 2010 Electoral Act that guided the just concluded election and specifically focus on what it say about use of card reader, vis-a-vis transmission of results.
Read it here from the INEC Chairman himself: https://www./2018/12/11/card-readers-will-be-used-in-2019-elections-inec-chairman-confirms/ http://www.topnewsmagazines.com/inec-to-deploy-manual-transmission-of-results-in-2019-elections/
The import of these is that if Buhari has signed the 2019 amended Electoral Act, it would have made ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION RESULT legal but that amendment was not signed and did not become Law! But Card readers where still used for accreditation, as enshrined in law.
A thousand IBM, Microsoft, Apple and facebook + Twitter all roled into one, cannot change the Electoral Act 2010, which forbade the TRANSMISSION of RESULTS BY ELECTRONIC MEANS and any claim based on such ILLEGALITY, will remain illegal, null and void. Atiku has lost completely on that ground. Bookmark this post and return to it after the tribunal has make its decision final. Reserve your endless epistle for the court to decide and stop defending fraud |

Politics › Re: Mike Igini Revealing How Election Results Would Be Transmitted by id911(m): 4:26pm On Apr 24, 2019 |
There's an incontrovertible evidence Atiku won the election but INEC and APC connived to alter the results with utmost impunity to favour the ruling party. I urge the Atiku legal team to focus more on the electoral empire at the tribunal because INEC is now really confused on how to defend the electoral fraud esp on the server issue and the readiness of Atiku to call on IBM and Microsoft to testify and authenticate the results he submitted to the tribunal.
I wish them goodluck |
