Give us the figures of unemployment pre 99 and 2007.

I am saying this because i got a good job in 2017 as well as over 90% of my course mates in school.

So on what basis are you saying that jobs were lost then?

Provide the stats or shut that orifice you call a mouth.
I don't remember discussing with you employment figures.

Were jobs lost based when Atiku sold off NITEL and others and did he pay their pensions or not? Yes or No?

Counter what I said and not what I did not say.

Is there a criminal case and FBI affidavit against Atiku in the USA? Yes or no?

lol u don't seem to understand my point

yes the south west has a state that's has a higher GDP , but that's not my point
some idiot said the poorest states are the NE and SE and another one mentioned that Ogun has more IGR than all the SE combined

if u take into account population of each of these states and get their per capita GDP u realise the SE is actually doing a lot better than the SW

look at oyo and imo state , their population is so far apart yet the difference in GDP is just about 2 billion

also u have to note that there's a high number of SEasterners in the SW so a lot of that GDP and IGR belongs(u could say) to the SE but the same cannot be said vice versa

so any attempt to degrade the SE in anyway is bullsh!t
It's like saying Mexicans economic contributions in the US belongs to and is utilized in Mexico. Or you mean the Lagos state government sends a portion of taxes collected in Lagos state to the SE?

I didn't get that.

Is obtaining US visa a requirement for becoming Nigeria's president?
American Visa is not the issue, the reason why he can not get the Visa is the issue, corruption, and criminal activities against Nigerians including you yourself is the issue so first ask yourself if corruption and criminal activities against you as a Nigerian should be or not be a requirement for becoming Nigeria's president?
PoliticsRe: US Consulate Replies FG Says Atiku’s American Visa Status Is Confidential by idealogical: 8:18pm On Nov 30, 2018
Atiku's involvement began when Jefferson wrote a letter to him dated June 21, 2005, alerting him to "a U.S. company" that wanted to invest $50 million to provide high-speed Internet access in Nigeria using Nigerian telecom company Nitel's lines.

Atiku then met with Jefferson July 18 in Potomac and, according to the congressman, "agreed to help secure the necessary approvals." But in return, he said, Abubakar wanted at least $500,000 for himself.

Jefferson, who represents most of New Orleans, has served in Congress since 1990 and is head of an Africa trade task force.

http://articles.latimes.com/2006/jun/07/nation/na-jefferson7_
This is according to FBI agents and affidavit.

The deal was to let the American company establish a high-speed internet company using Nigerian telecom company Nitel's lines. Atiku eventually sold Nitel to another company, possibly to himself and cronies for $900 million, but didn't bother to pay the sacked Nigerians and their pensions, the PDP governments after did not bother to pay them either, but luckily for the same Nigerians, PMB paid every kobo owed.

Selling Nitel was a deception, the main target was Nitel's real estate assets all over Nigeria from the Nitel building itself to office buildings, guest houses in Ikoyi, VI , 500 real estate component scattered all over the country with a value running into billions of naira including NITEL's buildings such as staff quarters, schools, clinics and so on.

Atiku destroyed and eliminated thousands of jobs while enriching himself, they did not bother to pay their pensions, but he's posing to gulling Nigerians with amnesia as a job creator when in fact he's crook and job destroyer.

The level of zombieism displayed by you guys is beyond reasonable and unreasonable doubt.

Usually when you visit the US consulate for a visa your passport is taken and you are told when to come pick it up. Usually this is becaus3 you have been most likely given a visa, if you are rejected you go home with you4 passport.

Telling Atiku to disclose the status of his visa is rather naive and stupid as at now. Did Buhari direct anbody to release his result from the military or did he direct anyone to disclose the cost of his medical sojourn in London.

If Atiku enters the US and is arrested APC will jubilate like never before, if Atiku gets the visa and decides not to go they will still cry that he must go.

Buncha tarados!
Why is Atiku in this predicament in the first place? Blame your zombies all you want, but your main concern as a Nigerian should be the reason why you can get an American Visa and the man you are defending and supporting to rule your life can not.

It's because Americans have proof that Atiku stole your money, that he engaged in corruption and money laundering.

The man should first clear his name before asking Nigerians for votes to rule Nigeria.

It's true an applicant's visa status is confidential, however, an applicant can direct the US Consulate to make his/her status and denial public.

Atiku Abubakar should direct the US Consulate to publish reason for his denial, if he is truly clean and trustworthy. I bet he cannot because he does not want it known in public that he was banned for being a co-conspirator in illegal activity in US.

This is a dare...Atiku should authorize US Consulate to publish their reason for his denial. grin If he authorizes them they will do so.
Political suicide, he can not do that. Nigerians will cry and lynch Atiku..
PoliticsRe: US Consulate Replies FG Says Atiku’s American Visa Status Is Confidential by idealogical: 6:27pm On Nov 30, 2018
Ordinary Nigerians obtain American Visa without endless status and confidential noise month after month, year after year.

Bottom line, Atiku can not obtain American Visa as long as his money laundering criminal case in America is fresh and active.

The US embassy can not override state department guidelines, the US department of Justice and even the Homeland security department and Grant Atiku any kind of Visa. His case is beyond the US embassy and this is the reason many ordinary Nigerians including the ones in this thread can apply and get American Visa, but former VP and a billionaire like Atiku can not get American Visa.

Status and confidentiality is pure diplomatic talk, the real issues remains why Atiku the former VP can not obtain American Visa and why they have been refusing him for over a decade.

Bottom line, they blocked him, he's on their no fly ban list and that list won't change until he's cleared by the US state department, the DOJ and the Homeland security department.

I don't even know why people are pushing him to go to America, they will have the US mashall or the FBI waiting at the airport to arrest him right away.

Population of Rivers is more than 5millon. Same can be said for many other states.
What is it? Is it more than 6 million or is it 20 million like Lagos?

Same can not be said per other states because regardless of their population, they don't have a massive income like Rivers and Akwa Ibom.

Lagos - 20 million people

Rivers - 5 million

The only person that made sensible comment so far. Nobody asks where such huge funds go to.
Actually, it wasn't a sensible comment, it was a shallow and short-sighted comment. Revenue should be measured against your scope of responsibilities and obligations.

Lagos state is actually a very poor state after factoring infrastructural obligations needed to take care of 20 million people from roads, schools, hospitals, water, bridges, 2nd largest civil service in Nigeria and so on Vs available resources which is nothing.

With what they have and are generating in Lagos state, they are doing a great job.

Ayodele Fayose, currently on trial for N6.9bn fraud and corruption.

According to the charge, on June 17, 2014, Fayose and Agbele were said to have taken possession of the sum of N1.2 billion for purposes of funding his gubernatorial election in Ekiti State which sum they reasonably ought to have known formed part of crime proceeds. Fayose was alleged to have received a cash payment of the sum of five million dollars, (about N18 billion) from the then Minister of State for Defence, Sen. Musiliu Obanikoro, without going through any financial institution and which sum exceeded the amount allowed by law.

He was also alleged to have retained the sum of N300 million in his Zenith Bank account and took control of the aggregate sums of about N622 million which sum he ought to have known formed part of crime proceeds. Fayose was alleged to have procured De Privateer Ltd and Still Earth Ltd, to retain in their Zenith Bank and the FCMB accounts, the aggregate sums of N851 million which they reasonably ought to have known formed part of crime proceeds. Besides, the accused was alleged to have used the aggregate sums of about N1.6 billion to acquire properties in Lagos and Abuja, which sums he reasonably ought to have known formed part of crime proceeds. The accused was also alleged to have used the sum of N200 million to acquire a property in Abuja in the name of his elder sister, Moji Oladeji, which sum he ought to know also forms crime proceeds. The offences, according to the EFCC, contravene the provisions of sections 15(1), 15 (2), 15 (3), 16(2)(b), 16 (d), and 18 (c) of the Money Laundering Prohibition Act 2011.

Ayodele Fayose is currently on criminal trial for fraud and corruption and Atiku still made him his campaign director in the SW.

Fayose is speaking for and selling Atiku's candidacy in the SW. They call you a thief, but instead of distancing yourself from thieves and alleged thieves, you embrace them and even give them prominent positions in your campaign. Atiku's sense of judgement stinks and he's definitely very corrupt.

PoliticsRe: Why Osinbajo Is More Active Than Buhari by idealogical: 9:39pm On Nov 28, 2018
VP Osinbajo works at the pleasure and direction of his boss, it's called delegation of duties in public administration.

The question you should be asking is, why is VP Osinbajo more active than former VP Atiku and VP Sambo.

It is obvious that VP Osinbajo is more active and accomplished than VP Atiku and Sambo who was just a docile and incompetent bench warmer.
