How much is the website's monthly NET PROFITS?

In fact, @300Wayne go for other end users and ignore the white fool. If he ever comes back for it, act professionally!
Most times, bad customers are the best ones to make money from. I had
a bad customer in my brick-and-mortar business and I handled her the
way I know marketing. Today, she had referred not less than 10 clients
to me.

Your Nigerian fellows have dealt with these whites through fraud that they
are left with sour taste. Don't blame them

I have experienced cases like this, Is there a way that one can find way round it?
Yes, there is a way around it. You've to remember that every domain search
tool or website has a log file. You can NEVER rule out premium domain registration
which was previously available when you checked. It's not stealing, it is just
unethical for a professional domain registration service to do so. But what can you
do? After all, domain name registration is on "first come, first served" basis.

This is what I always do because I've had an awful experience with this too. I type the
domain name directly on my browser to find out if it resolves to a website, domain-for-sale
page or anything. Secondly, I go to Google.com to type the domain name with the extension
to be sure if it is indexed or not. I think Google is too big to troll pennies in domain names.
If it doesn't, I sit back and weigh the options of registering the name or not to register.

If the domain name doesn't resolve to a website that does not mean it will be available all the time.
There are times there may be bridge. This is why I ponder over the idea of how important
the domain name is to me after doing my due diligence. I can even think about it in 1, 2, 3, etc, days.
During this time, I'm digging deep into more research to see if there is any reason not to
register it.

A domain investor is never in a hurry. There are millions of domain investing opportunities out
there. If you miss one, another one will come. When I'm convinced that the name is a money
maker to register, I make sure I have fund in my preferred domain registrar account or bank
account to transfer to registrar.

If all the above steps are okay, I can now confidently go to the said registrar to check availability
and register the domain immediately. Why should I have hypertension for checking a domain name
only to find out someone else beats me to it.

Reply him with "I've a good business idea with the domain name. I'm a business
doer and I'm not who you think I am. Have a great day!" You'll be surprised how
he will be begging you to buy it from you. But make sure it goes through escrow
if he is going to be a con artist.

So please you are saying, NO MATTER what i should never call a potential buyer?
If yes, what should me my excuse when they request a simple call?
Be professional about it. Always direct them to the buy-now page in your
earlier outbound before potential buyers ask you to call them. If he needs
the domain badly, he will buy.

Most of them that are asking you to call them already have your information. They
simply want to exhaust you before they tell you "F<<K YOU. YOU SON OF A BITCH
FROM NIGERIA."

Forgive me for all d mistakes, dis is actually d first time I'm doing this.
What actually happened was he asked if o was out of the country, and i replied yes, so he became reluctant.
But i emailed him that I'll tell my team In d US to call him.
So pls HELP if u can still, i know he will be expecting my call now
Forget this buyer and move on, please. You have said so many "white lies" which
the whites don't like. Do you know he can use "phone number lookup" or
"name lookup" service to find your name in US database?

Go to Clickbank.com and enter "phone lookup" in the product search field and see
affiliate products that will come up. I've sold these products myself from Clickbank.

Your talk came true.
Deal collapsed because possible d buyer noticed its naija number.
i will use Dingtone to call again, but Google ain't accepting my card for payment.

Any help pls?
This is why I don't use ID-hiding apps to call buyers. For smart guys who
know their onions, they install Geolocating apps too to track where you're
calling from. No hiding place really.

My suggestion is to be ethically aggressive in finding potential buyers. There
are several ways to do it. Be creative about it. Sometimes, the person asking
too many questions before he buys may not be the best buyer.

Also, some potential buyers who are really interested in your domain will check
back, weeks or months after your outbound efforts and buy it. Just to be sure
they are not dealing with a con artist.

We made the call through Dingtone,
Though he asked if i was "out of the country" i said yes I'm out for work grin

I explained to him about escrow and told him I'll send him the link to purchase.

Now the issue I'm having is, i uploaded my domain on Dan but I'm not able to view it on the "sales list"
You can use the following sample URL to check if your domain name
will resolve to domain-for-sale page:

dan.com/buy-domain/yourdomainnamehere.com/net/org/etc

Please if anyone know the app, a brother is in need
Just let the potential buyer know that the transaction is through
Dan.com marketplace's escrow and he can independently reach
out to them.

Calling with Nigeria number is 99-1 percent chance of failure. Again,
it is an additional cost to you since it's not the norm in domain flipping
except you're talking of 4-figure and above domain sale.

At least, please open a tread to give some of us a good info to start making something on affiliate marketing for God sake.

I will really appreciate it if you can help us in this direction.
Noted. Thank you. I would rather start complete digital marketing training
than opening a thread. When my first 50 students graduate they will become
the mouthpiece of the thread that will be created.

My simple reason is that I like making money online than teaching even if
teaching is also my forte. Imagine making $29.97 or more for a simple ebook I wrote
and published online and I continue to make money like that or more
in as many niches as you can think of with PEN NAMES.

How many Nigerians can afford N10,000 training and above? And because I'm
not wealthy yet, I'm concerned about building wealth to take my family to where
God has designed for them before I start something else. I cannot be a politician
and thank God He brought the internet!

But with popular demand, I may have to realign my priorities. God is our
sustainer. I'll try and work out something good. The masses are hungry
and our leaders are only concerned with themselves and their immediate
families.

The domain was previously registered and held for 15 years.
Was it that the former owner(s) did not do outbound marketing

Or what other reason(s) can you adduce to your successful sale?
I want to get something straight from this.

Did you earn the sale through OUTBOUND or INBOUND?

Do they really pay 'MarketHealth'? Have you got any payment from them?
They are good and reliable affiliate network. To verify if any network or website is
legit, simply google "markethealth.com sucks" or "markethealth.com scam" for example.

Read reviews and come to a logical conclusion yourself. But read between the lines
because ill reviews abound too on the internet.

For example, just google "payza.com scam" without the quotes and you will not use
them as a payment processor or gateway even if they are live online.

No active website on that domain name. Why waste my time

Which do you recommend? I just hope changing host would not affect my gallant seo (site is based on affiliate marketing).
Changing host will not affect your SEO at all if you move your files
and databases "as is" to your new host.

But I strongly advise online business owners NOT to buy domain and
web hosting from the same company. If you get domain name from
NameSilo, don't buy hosting from them. It makes the website transfer
from one host to another easier. It can be frustrating if your domain
and website hosting is from the same place.

I'm into Amazon affiliate too, but I rarely make money on it. Also,on moreniche but still trying to find my feets. what advice do you give in such a matter?
Amazon affiliate marketing success is about "niching down." I prefer
to promote products that sell easily. Remember, it's when you hit
higher number of sales your commission level goes up to the next rate.

A long time ago, I bought 2 to 3 courses on Amazon affiliate marketing
and I discovered there is always something new to learn. That is why
I encourage people to invest in themselves. It reduces your learning
curve and helps you to avoid "slow-motion syndrome" in making money
online.

For example, I started domaining in 2007 or 2008 after buying "How I Sell
My Domains" by Edwin John. But I still invested in the OP of this thread, i.e.
iykepromotions. Why? Not because I don't know domaining, I decided to learn
something new. That is how to be successful in business.

Hello Buddies,

Please, I need someone to shed more light on my out bounding process. I created a gmail accounts strickly for domaining only. With those emails, I have sent 426 out bounding emails , across 6 domain names I hand regged, using the sales letter given on the past page of this thread. Out of wish I got just 6 replys, one "unsubscribe", three "undelivered mails", two "how much" (both failed to respond after I quoted $230). . No response from the rest.

I later mailed those two endusers, with reduction price of $150, all to no avail. I am so obsessed with checking of email account from time to time in order to reply clients fast ( you know most of those endusers are always on impulse, judging from things I have read). I felt a bit down, it over two weeks I sent out last email and my bf added salt to injuries by saying that with the way I check emails these days, it seems that I am into yahoo yahoo ( I assumed Invictus Obi saga prompts him so say this)

What do you guys think I should do, should I wait for a bit more and then send the another set of fresh mails? Or I should reg more names??Thanks in advance.

I am sorry if it happens that I bored you with details.

Edit: I did fb out bounding too, but not very much compare to email ones. I didn't get any reply.
You're on your way to domain selling success already; you may not know this now.
First, domain flipping is all about research and conviction that a domain you buy to
resell will be of value to potential buyers. Now, how do you know in advance what
will add value? The answer is to think of a business idea that fits in with the domain
name. In your outbound, you can always mention this.

Imagine, I send you an email to mention that I've a business for you where every
$1 you invest, you get $100 in return. Will you read that email and be interested?
Your only concern now will be to vet and verify if the business idea is legit!

Secondly, you need patience. In Hebrews 10 verse 36, the bible says "For ye have
need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise."
Abraham waited for 25 years before his son Isaac manifested. But you'll not wait for
25 years. Yours is sooner than you imagine!

Thirdly, don't mind your bf. When you hammer legitimately and no police or EFCC is
knocking at your door, he will ask you for your testimony. But by the way, hope
you and your bf are not involved in anything outside the word of God until you say
"I do?"

Fourthly, in domaining, the more the merrier. That's when the anointing of grace
(God's Riches At Christ's Expense) rest on you. Others call it LUCK but I call it
GRACE. Let's do a little Arithmetics here. Imagine you invest in 50 domain names
@$8.99 with NameSilo. That is $449.50. No matter what, you should be able to
sell 2 domain names out of your portfolio.

Even if you sell a domain @$300, that is $600 total income. You've made $150.50
net profit from that first batch of your domain portfolio. It's all about paying it forward.

For my coaching students who are indigent, I always advise them to start affiliate
marketing along with domain flipping or domain investing. You can then invest what you
earn as affiliate commissions into domain business.

Domaining is addictive, if you're not careful you can start registering worthless names. So,
caution yourself in this area too.

Lastly, make sure you have at least 10 potential buyers for a domain name before you
buy or hand register. A probability of 10 percent buyer from 10 potential buyers will
earn you a sale. If nothing happens from your outbound marketing, don't be depressed.
Move on! Inbound marketing can pick it up sooner or later.

I hand registered a domain name in 2012 and did outbound and nothing happened. But
I was not in a hurry. I renewed the domain and in the second year I sold the domain
for $260. From $20 domain registration and renewal fees, I made $260 sale. Not bad if
you ask me. It's all about DOMAIN INVESTING. Period.

In closing, learn, learn and learn everything you need to know about recognizing gems
in domain names. That is where majority of newbies miss it. Look out for trends and go
ahead of the pack.

boss which data plan you de use on pc
Most times and for my online businesses I bootstrap. I use several business lines.
This gives me the opportunity to take advantage of every network's promo or
bonus.

For example, MTN welcome back will allow you to buy 1GB data to use
within ONE WEEK for N200. Airtel SmartTrybe allow you to buy 250MB
of data for N25 to use between 12.00a.m to 5.00am. So, for N100 you
make use of 1GB per night if you're a heavy user.
