By giving every state the right to harness it's natural resources, creat wealth through it and pay some percentage to the federal government. That will enable the northerners to leave our oil alone. Coal, Farming will be practiced more in the country. Lagos port will have more competition and other state that can promote import and export will dive in. More hausas won't be accepted to the nigerian police,customs,navy,army etc if each state will be paying them according to state of origin. We need competition since unity is not paying off
