I believe the use of a or an depends on the pronunciation of the word in question. For those words that the 'h' is silent, and the next alphabet in the word is a vowel, you use 'an'. If on the other hand the 'h' is pronounced in the word, you use 'a'

Truth is no matter what we girls do, una must talk. If you start looking for men, you're desperate. If you decide to leave men and advance your career, you're a feminist. If you decide to balance out the two, they'll still probably call you a "slay queen" afterall in nigeria, "no single lady can afford to buy a car with her hard earned cash"...it must be from a guy. Plus what if in that your early 20s there's no MAN available, you're supposed to kill yourself abi?

As for me ooh, dear single lady, if you like tailor your life around a man and marriage. ..entirely your choice. If on the other hand you decide to do something else with your life, your choice too. Anything that makes you sleep well at night.

The guy that have been forming if I come into town he'll flex me like mad. I came in and he came to pick me up...only for me to hear that he doesn't know any cool spots around.
