Whether we acknowledge it or not, by 20 most girls have had sex. Wrong though it is, but that is just the fact. So unless you're not from this generation, you've to open your eyes to the fact that things are happening.

As for you OP, it depends on your intentions towards these girls. The one I can't encourage is older guys going after them just because they are more vulnerable.
