My question is, why must Nigerian law
enforcementment agencies arrest somebody
before they conclude investigation?

The National conference is an Igbo Conference because it was organised by an Igbo Man named Ebele Jonathan. The Buhari's Government shall organize an all inclusive National Conference which shall be to the benefit of all Nigeria. It shall not be called national conference. It shall be called The Nigerian Accord 2016.

This is a ranting of a frustrated old cargo
who refused to listen to her mother’s
admonitions. When she was jumping
from one guy to another what else was she expecting
but heartache. She can’t eat her cake
and have it. If she has not dated dozens
and thousands of Igbo guys, where did she
obtain the statistics to demonize all Igbo guys.
The only thing she needs is repentance and
deliverance and not venting her frustration

When one browses the internet these days, especially the Facebook,
one will not be surprised at the high rate of failure of our
secondary school students in English at both NECO and WAEC exams.
The fad these days is to write any word as it sounds.
If this is not checked, very soon our children will not be able

I have been having this debilitating pain on both my knee joints for over two years now
which the Doctor had diagonised as "rheumatoid arthritis" He continues to prescribe
pain killing drugs such as Ibuprofen to no avail.The joints get worse and swollen making
walking painful and difficult especially when I travel on a long distance in a bus where
I cannot fully stretch my legs.
I should be grateful if anyone who knows about any permanent cure to this

See, the reason they developed their South African colony while neglecting and abusing their Nigerian colony was because they were large numbers of white settlers in SA, so they did not siphon all the money from exports, like they did in Nigeria, but reinvested some into the country.
