truth b told, hotel biz will only trive in a town dat has a high level of sexual activities, cos dats what will keep d roomz busy.
In view of d above, i'll recomend "UGEP" in central cross river state. the cost of setup will b relatively low(cheap land, cheap construction cost, cheap rent, etc.) u'll recover ur investment within a very short tym. no hotel in Ugep will av enough rooms 2 accomodate d flow of guest during LEBOKU(new yam festival) in august, and christmas.
u can contct me if u need more clearifications
Please get me some feasibility study on that, cost and estimated return?

my advice is to open a hotel/guest house in port harcourt, warri, and yenegua(bayelsa state). hospitality business is a hot selling business in the oil producing cities. however i have a land, suitable for hotel location in port harcourt, close to spdc location oyigbo, port harcourt, with a good tired road, and an average of 4hrs light/day. selling at 2.5 million/plot. i am a civil engineer, you can rely on me for your building projects. contact me on: 08157041104. as for the land, the early the better.
thank you for your advice, but I think ph and warri already have excess, I have a friend who own one there and owerri, is not generating much income to him, but tank you a lot

Some Nigerians are too gullible to understand politics, "they say a cleric should not inter vain in politics" the west Europe and America was build by fearless ,courageous, people oriented and less materialistic clergyman's, do you know the effluence this people have over the masses? If they can concentrate only on telling those in power the truth, Nigeria will be a better place

FamilyRe: Help! Is My Husband Marrying A Second Wife? by ifebosco: 8:46pm On Dec 21, 2013
rhames: To all non- Africans who are getting married to or are about to get married to Africans. I am of the opinion that you should study your husbands culture before saying I do. An African will always be an African, irrespective of his position in society or economic status. We take our culture more seriously than religion. And in some cases, most people use religion as excuse for wayward behavior. An African man can decide to take a second or third or even a fourth wife. If their is family influence in your marriage which is sacrosanct in African culture, you cannot escape its consequences.

To you my dear, please take heart and discuss the issues of your marriage with your husband. He might be afraid of losing custody of the child but summon every bit of courage to discuss this with him if you actually love him. In your own case, it is clear he married you to have a residence visa and stop gap for his sexual urges.

To all men of African origin who are not married. Always educate your would-be first wife about your intentions before you start a wedding proposal to another woman.
please can you tellme one good thing about our african culture and in continuation tellme one african country that has practice these african culture and they are progressinghuhi want to learn please
look here, dont fear he won't dumb you just like that if you don't anything, but he might do that and only if he finally bring the girl he married to switzerland, sorry dear there will be problem. the main thing is that almost every african man like to marry back home. even if they have white woman over there. they feel that's is their route and what their families want, it's a tradition. but trust me i won't mind marrying any white woman and forgetting african forever, i guess everyone is different. just relax what will be will be. leave everything to nature. nature has is way you cannot change it. live your life like the air. you will be fine.
90% of my friends who went to africa to marry are divorcees today, africans are gullible people who believes they have culture, but what they have is wickedness and extreme greed, one of them his White wife with two children took credit of 50,000euros for him to start up a business,he collected the money and went to nigeria to marry another wife, this is not only and ibo thing,it´s the mentality of extreme greed and wickedness, thesame thing happen´s to our politicians, when ever they get to power, the very first thing they do, is to get alot of concubines, and the cicle continues
FamilyRe: I Need A Wife To Get Married To In 2014 by ifebosco: 4:48pm On Dec 19, 2013
Zer0: @OP

Seriously you should concentrate on building your finances. I am 33 and single. I don't have a salary job but I make over 4 times what you make in a year. Which hasn't been a reasonable ground for me to get married.

You should set targets and build a foundation before you can build a family, except you don't wish to live a goid life.

I believe the time a man gets married is insignificant, what matters is the quality of life he can afford for himself and his family.

There is no joy in poverty bro. Be guided.
this is the mentality i don´t like, money ,money ,money.

Sweetlemon: @Kulyie, I feel you babes. I feel your frustration in trying to explain yourself to these people here who are no just being realistic here. Don't mind all these family section "I-too-sabi" people.

I wonder why they cannot understand that you are not saying that the OP must be a millionaire before getting married but that he should be more focused on trying to make himself a lil bit more comfortable!

I cannot for the life of me understand why a man of only 32 years will be in such a hurry to marry when he can hardly pay his house rent! Please, biko nu, what's the rush e jo? I would have understood if the guy had a girl he was madly in-love with who was also madly in-love with him and didn't mind suffering with him or if he had gotten his gf pregnant. But for for the OP to just wake up one morning and start looking for a wife in his present financial statehuh?? o ga o!

We hear stuff about great rich men daily, we pray to be like them yet we are not ready to be like them. Look here, one of the reasons these men are where they are today because they know how to line up their priorities in life! Make yourself comfy before you think of others!

It is true that some women have been lucky enough to marry poor men who later made it in life. But those same women will be the first to advice other young ladies not to try such a risk unless and except they are absolutely sure the man will succeed in life! Sometimes even when they look ate the way the suffered when the man was poor, they still wonder if they made the right choice! What I am saying is that marriage without money to solve basic needs and make a family comfortable is second to hell on earth! Chikena!

So OP, biko nu, e jo, dan 'Allah, go and work harder, think harder on how to make more money and be more useful to yourself and wife will come in......naturally. Unless of course you have joined the growing league of men who want to get married just so they can find a financial "help meet"
you make sense some áreas, but 32years and 70naira salary is not bad to start a family, depending were in nigeria he lives,if not, when do you want him to marry??at the age of 40??and if he Works harder and money does not come ??what next??

greatgod2012: @baby mama, my sister, you fall my hand o, should marriage be based on the fatness of the pocket? I think the guy should even be applauded for being honest with what he earns, what if he has sugarcoated his mouth and claim to have everything haveable in life, will you have agreed that he's marriageable then? Remember, we shouldn't despise humble beginnings.
