bligs: The core engineering profession doesn't require years of experience just that you won't be able to claim points for it, Google EA the assessing body for engineers, download their booklet and you will understand better. Personally I see it as a waste of time and money for someone that study civil engineering or any building/construction related course aside architect and agricultural related course to come here through study because some state and a lot of regional areas are sponsoring these professions. Please will someone with a degree in Environmental management stand a better chance of getting PR from Nigeria |

Unregistre: Abagworo, irrespective of what happens, I want to say a "Big Thank You" for all the work you put into this thread. Without you, those of us in diaspora would not have had any ideas of the achievements of Rocha's administration. Those who did not see anything good in him are just too many. Do you know the debt profile of imo state currently? Are you aware civil servants and teachers are owed up to 9months salary? Do you know the state of our rural roads in imo state are the worst in Nigeria? Are you aware that despite the numerous claims and propaganda that imo citizens in imsu enjoin free tuition that it is a fat lie? |

alaoeri: IT is on the skillselect list but you have to gather a high point to stand a chance of ITA, look at the skillselect list and choose a course wisely, a lot of students are caught unaware, some have to change program upon arriving while some start another program all over upon completing the first one, all these results to wasting of time and money. Please Bro, advice me on studying environmental management in view of getting PR. |

Please a quick question.
I am going for a one year Master's degree program in environmental management. My course can be done in 1year, 1.5 years and 2 years. I was allotted the one year duration because the course of study is the same as my undergraduate study.
Can i get the 2yrs post graduate visa?
Incase I can't get the 2yrs postgraduate visa can I change course duration to 2yrs or entirely course to a 2yrs course. |

Supermega: I think in such a case the person would have to contact the school to differ his/her admission based on grant not yet been approved. The school should issue the person an updated COE. In addition, the person should inform immigration on the status quo about his/her admission, They(immi) would probably need the person to upload his/her updated COE for further assessment. Ps: Not a guru. Just my little 2 cent. Gurus can help us further
Cheers! You are right, |

mizchidi: I'm doing an Environmental related Masters and you should know the field is broad. What area are you most interested in? What's your background? Like someone said, you could be an Engineer who needs to seek more sustainable ways of engineering. Then again, do you want the core sciences or are you like me who prefers the social sciences part of Environmental studies? Please, I want to do something both in social sciences and spatial analysis of environmental science in my MSc. My first degree in Environmental management. |

Keep pushing bro Since I was denied in 2017,I lost interest in travelling to Canada for study because it takes a long time to get a decision on visa application. But now I am ready to try again, I want to do GIS in my Pgd at Niagara College. Or can you suggest a nice university that can accept a 2.2 of 3.16 cgpa in environmental management related course. |
