You are correct. It's 451 because your husband neither evaluated his credentials not wrote IELTS.
A few months ago, he wouldn't have any need to because 451 will grab you ITA. These days? Hmmm

So what to do?
Like Adunne said, let him write IELTS. Even if he scores 5555, it will boost your scores into the 460s and guarantee you ITA.
So don't wait till August, let him write asap, he just needs minimal scores, doesn't really need to smash it.

I totally agree on the hand luggage thing. Part of the repacking involved buying the smallest GMG and putting my overnight bag in it along with some shoes so I had two hand luggages and a handbag (this was done on the advice of the ET staff).
In ADD, the handle of the gmg ripped off. I reattached the overnight bag to the carry-on luggage and then bought a backpack in the airport for 96USD
I've kuku dashed the bag out because every time I see it, I get chest pain

Finally passed IELTS after 5 attempts. i have to admit that the preparation for first four attempts was not great. i barely had time but i signed up for tutoring with IELTS4canada on instagram. They really pushed and forced me to practise and held me accountable.
