dharmie13: Please my bolt account does not show me riders destination, I only get to see the pick up point of riders.i get to know where they're going when I pick them Pay attention to the request....both pick up and drop off shows when the request hit your screen, when you swipe to pick it....it displays only the pick up address till you start the trip. |

In all you comparison....Never compare a responsible married man to a responsible single guy..... But then you must ensure you create multiple source of income...whether married or not but most importantly when you have a nuclear family to cater for . |

Olayetan: Lemme drop details
Set destination from mushin to ajah, I got chevron drive on 1.5surge, Then it turns out to be delivery, so I waited for any trip on indriver going to lekki, then I got chisco bus stop for 3300, I quickly accepted since I'm heading that way.
I picked the indriver rider while the package is in my car, I dropped indriver rider and headed to chevron drive, receiver said we will be going somewhere in VI from chevron drive, drove to VI and then said we will be heading back to chevron drive.
I ended trip and it brought 15800 plus the 3300 I got from indriver rider... Oh nice one.....I know it will be round single trip.... |

CheerfulGiver: You are congenitally daft, but for the sake of people who are foolish enough to take you serious, google comes to the rescue Even the best defence concedes goal. Understanding and applying defensive driving is advised as it will minimise a lot of avoidable occurrence while driving (your own perspective ), but that as well can't take away some third party caused accident, which I believe is the perspective of Felicity. You guys should learn to settle your differences and have an equilibrium when sharing view. You guys comment toward each other is toxic, immature and very unnecessary and to imagine that both of you might meet and not even recognize the other person, abeg make Una just water things and let the war of words stop |

BAZ001: Have you heard quotes like customers are always right ? Drivers are quick to forget the trainings and that they are professionals or should be professional.
Have you ever seen a bank customer care abuse a customer Cus customer abused them? Call service center abuse the support team, will they respond ? No matter what the customer says to you, you don’t respond, you should report the fellow.
Well you guys can keep giving it out to riders, it helps us the cool and calm ones to get tipped and treated very special.
I still had one special treat today cos guy said he has never seen a cool bolt driver like me. Abuse or words don’t pain me, just pay me biko They are wrong customers as well.... That a customer care don't respond back to your insult verbally doesn't mean he can't do it through actions.... I am a customer to bolt as much as the customer is to bolt.....bolt don't pay me for sitting at home..... A customer can't come to my shop and his first statement is mad man sell that to me.... Neither will you walk into a bank and say "mother fucker pay deposit this money into this account for me". Enough said on this issue.... discretion is all that matters...no driver will set out to start insulting all customers.....

Pearl1910: In this case Bolt is the judge...and Drivers have been blocked for lesser allegations... Talk less of this one that has proof. Maybe u should go and teach Bolt how to settle cases. Have u forgotten ur training when u were signing up on Uber/Bolt? Insult a customer care agent from morning till night, what matters to the company is the response and reaction of the agent not what the client said or did. Where is the "proof"? |

Linkages. Fixing of packing light and replacement of bulbs not working. It's an investment expenditure....you will surely reap it back....so don't let that slow you down |

Pearl1910: I hear u, unfortunately u aren't gonna be d judge in this case when/if the matter enters adjudication. Judging from the exhibit displayed....no case can be substantially held.....what will the customer complain of? That the driver insulted him? Or what ?. The issues arise is generic and it's easy to know where it will end..... Judge don't decide case based on emotions , they decide on propoderence of each party involved ability to provide evidence to back their claims . If you have evidence, you will always win with bolt..either as a customer or rider

Pearl1910: If I can't take it quietly, I call Rider with another line and blast him/her under 10seconds. If u want to yab, insult or dish it back to a rider. Never send a text, never call with your registered line and definitely never do Inapp communication cos u never know if Uber/Bolt are recording or storing those messages. Even though they say it's not recorded, am sure they do for safety and investigation purposes. He who come to equity must come with clean hands...the rider insulted him first and he has every right to respond him in that tune....it's called self defence and insulting is not illegal, as long as it doesn't instigate defamation of character.... Case dismissed |

Gentlelife50: You are actually right, most drivers insist on not allowing their AC go beyond 2 and if you ask them they say it will consume more fuel,
I see most drivers turn off their AC at pick up points, me usually leave my AC on and most of them enter and say 'oga please turn off the AC.' That's if your AC is motuary standard ooo, I also do move like Jack Bauer when leaving your street so they tell me 'Oga small small ooo'. That way they won't disturb with AC wahala again or tell you to move faster that they are late for work or stuffs like that. Lol, everything na brain. According to our celebrity driver I am mischievous. On point boss . |

Barbiturate: The level of my A/C is usually high, even when it affects me, I still ignore, just to satisfy riders. My second rider told me to put it off, that my car is too cold. I don't think the A/c is the prob, but thanks for your advice. If you are very sure of the above....just be yourself and offer the best service you can without enslaving your dignity....your ratings will surely improve....card trips has a high differential, so ensure you don't ignore too much of card trips. |

Barbiturate: I use a Toyota Camry 08 for this job, bolt precisely. It has android screen....not the normal muscle front.
I used to be on 4.7* rating, but today I saw 4.5*
I usually call rider first. I usually greet first when they enter. I even carry their loads myself and put in the trunk. If it's about driving carefully, I am sure I do. Even before this hustle, when there was no car, if I go out with friends, they usually prefer I drive, even when they all can drive. Even my mom commends my driving skills. So what could be the problem? I usually dress well. Some of my clothes are pretty expensive......sneakers, wristwatches, cologne. Could it be that they see my car and dressing as too big for the job or what? I don't understand the reason for the drop in rating? Could it be that I communicate in clean oral English. I speak very well. What exactly could be the problem?
There's this bolt driver I met around pharmcity Lekki. He said he does not carry loads o, that he opens the trunk for them. His rating is about 4.9* The problem is the volume of your AC...sounds funny ABI?.....start putting your AC to almost maximum for one week, report how far .... Check below......it was 4.5 last week

Felicity001: Lol... But why would I release my car to a rider/a total stranger to drive...
If you don't like the fact that I'm a learner then cancel and request another ride. By the time 10 people cancel on him his head will reset to default to either take off the learner sign or master his hands well.
So it's not always the government but the citizenry. You think say my friend would have entered if the car had a L sign displaying on it....they were on the highway already. It's the government, if they didn't create the huge loophole citizens will not take advantage of it. |
Business › Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by IFSHR: 7:28pm On Sep 13, 2021 |
A friend ordered a ride and the driver that came to pick him is still a learner, my friend had to drive the car to destination. When he called me saying bolt is at fault for such, I told him oga the problem is the Nigerian system not bolt...bolt believes having a government issued driver license implies that you have been certified to be behind wheels.
The driver no just try putting his lives and others at risk. |
