@Emboldened, If you don't have the required documents then you wont get the visa,wait till you fulfill their visa requirements.

I'm calling the attention of FIRS to the gross incompetence and non-nonchalant attitude of the staff at AJAH MSTO office, Oniru !!!!

It takes them forever to issue VAT and Income tax receipts. The old man (One Mr Williams) they put in that office cannot even operate a PC. My staff have been going there on weekly bases for the past 2 months to retrieve January VAT and Income tax receipts to no avail. I went myself and met 4 other people screaming there cos of same thing.

FIRS please look into AJAH MSTO office.

FG has its hands full with court cases.

Obviously, we are gonna spend the next 2 years on FG V external alleged thieves, the remaining years on old APC V NEW APC.

The statement that biz money is not for "vacation" & can only be used Wen MD is going on "biz related journey" MAY not be correct after all. I used my corporate account for my family (of four) visa n we were all granted 6months multiple entry.
Furthermore, I ignorantly didn't include my personal account nor my wife's, no Tax clearance whatsoever, included No intinery. Infact The VO had to call to inquire about our intinery and few things. We submitted and did data capture on a Friday, got a call next Monday, picked passport with visa (Stamped dated Monday) on Wednesday.
Summarily, sincerity of purpose is all you need as an applicant.

Really? No tax clearance, no personal account statements, no itinerary etc . . . . .

Does your mom not have any other account on her name? Your dad or siblings nko?

Your age is acceptable and OK for someone else to sponsor you but whoever it is has to do so with his or her personal bank account.

There was a minor problem in the bank while tying to pay for the second layout on Monday, the second piece of land I am paying for, the new layout deal might be terminated if care is not taken. The man selling the land is becoming more unreasonable everyday, I called him to pay him for the balance of the new layout so he could sign off for me and although we all spent the whole day in the banks, we could not agree on some points for the payment, he was being greedy and non cooperative in the deal. I have him where I want him in the earlier agreement we signed.

If he is not selling he should pay me back, but till then I am in control as I inserted some clauses to the agreement he had signed to protect me from this kind of occurrence. I am no kid in land business and if he is not selling, I will use the balance and acquire another better land nearby for those who paid in the new layout. I have many offers too. His people are calling me to beg, they want me to reschedule the payment but I will wait for a formal apology from the seller.

This query has been succinctly treated here. Business money is not for vacation or fun. It can only be used when a staff or MD is going on business related travel.

How old are you and are you unemployed? Anyone that wants to sponsor you asides your parents, spouse or sibling would have to bring SOLID reasons s/he is sponsoring your holidays and also present a personal bank statement.

He should do GCE. WAEC is ongoing. GCE will be out afterwards. He can apply to noun once he makes is paper. He should however put into consideration his choice of course when applying for the GCE

Your mom's business account for you is not a good one at all.
If your mom must sponsor you, then she'd have to use her personal savings or current account.

@Topic, In Nigeria, when someone says s/he is a business man with no office/shop,not duly registered etc,every street smart person should know its just "hustling" ie hand-to-mouth with a few change to spare. Nothing solid to fall back on hence not an ideal marriage candidate if the other partner is unemployed.
