The survey plan will be paid for and processed as soon as we complete payment for the lands. But we need funds to prosecute this. Many buyers are still owing us some money after payment of some money as advance. I am not talking about those people paying on instalments, but others.
Oga Spyder, maybe you'd have to put a time window for the payments or have them subscribe to " installment payment plans" at an extra cost or something.

Keeping it open like u did seems to be a set- back of some sorts. Let's have a time frame so that those that have paid fully would know when exactly to expect their documents.

ok

I'm having a lot of second thoughts about the one we just bought but we have 10days to cancel if we change our mind.
It seems so expensive. I'm trying to convince DH to just leave it so that we do regular vacations every year instead of being tied to a mandatory lifelong payment even during the years that we don't have energy to go on vacation.

If only I knew someone who's been in the system for a while and can vouch that its worth it, then I won't be bothered. I was hoping you'd know as it seems you travel some.

Anyway thanks smiley
Timeshare is not my thing, dear. The limitations are two much unless of course the rules have changed. One, it's expensive. Two, you are limited to going to a specific city/ vacation spot every year unless you buy from a brand. Three, when your vacation plans/dates change, you would have to worry about your time space. Four, annual maintenance fees for a place I use once in a year? I no pay abeg. Five, I will be bored, staying same place over and over again.

Edwife and Efe, see as God " cash" una too cheesy

So Edwife is tall like that? Thank God I didn't see the pics. Who knows, I might not be able to chop my Sunday rice and banga stew after viewing all that toned abs and midriff.

Efe and Eddy, I try with the veggies and fruit stuff. Rice is always with carrots, no beef, plenty fish, shaki and co occasionally, small portions of swallow and fruits. That's as healthy as I can go o jare.
Happy Sunday @ all.

Lucky you . I know one or two staff, time to call them and " pre-arrange" for me and mine cheesy
No, I have never done timeshare. The only time I got close to it was some years ago; timeshare by Marriotts. I pulled out cos the cost was as good/bad as staying in a Marriott hotel itself so it didn't make sense to me. With my kids in tow sef, timeshare is not an option if I must enjoy the vacation.
cococandy:
My DH knew someone who work there and so when the queue was getting too long, he called him and the guy helped us get fast pass.
They give you a card that you scan at each show entrance to get in before stand-by folks.
It's more like pre-booking.

Exhausted. This place is better for people who have kids as the energy fits them.

Pls ehn nne do you know about timeshare?

House of Phreddah please stop!!!!

I bought on your product for a friend last year through deal day. She came to your surulere office, took home your products and used them religiously , not even a fade. She was so pissed with me cos I talked her into it. I'm inclined to believe that nothing actually fades off stretch marks.

Acadollar, how much are u asking for your time and effort?
If sure things wants his refund, how soon, which day exactly would you do so?

Enough of the going back and forth. At the end of the day, because one of u have refused to be a bigger person, do away with pride, this would be saved on the Nld sands of time and would forever be a reference anyday either of your username is mentioned.
Sighs!

You two are very unserious individuals.

This would probably be my last post on this thread and I will concentrate on you, Mr sure things. Without mincing words, what do you want now :-
Your refund
Pay whatever stipend Acadollar is asking for and move on.

Which do u want?

Hehe.

I pray " fast pass" works for you. Staying 2 hours on queue no be moi moi. Another horrible tour is the " statue of Liberty and tower" in New York. I ended up doing my own tour at the battrey park( where we were supposed to queue and board a boat to liberty Island) , I no fit shout after 2 hours on a never ending queue.

Patience!

OP if u could trust him enough to leave your $1800 with him for 6 months, you would be stooopid to let $100 or less spoil the whole thing.

@Acadollar, if you would cos of $100 or less ruin the good reputation you've built for yourself on here, then you need a serious reality check.

Long story short: you both were childish and impatient. I wish you both find a way to resolve this amicably off here.

Boko boys just got bolder. It's easy, very easy to criticise from outside, reality will gradually dawn on Nigerians.

Sad for the lives lost.

He can reapply immediately. Just help him with completing the financial section of the form and most importantly, attach a letter explaining in detail the purpose of his trip, how much he has set aside for the trip, how much he plans to spend, his strong ties to nigeria, etc.

Mr Acadollar, please regardless of wha this young guy might have said or not to you, kindly forgive and give him his documents. Biko.
