It's near impossible to believe your story because :
Anyone can get an original Nepa bill. It can be arranged.
A dubious manager in any organisation for a fee can be your alibi.
The so called client that got you into this mess should be able to help you with say half of the current amount you are looking for.
Your other smaller clients you claim to have, go to them, they know you and should be able to help. They help u out, you produce whatever it is u produce at a reduced rate for them.
Whatever it is you produced for your so called client, personalised or not, can be resold in this Nigeria, just maybe at a cheaper rate.

Good morning.

Treasury Bills .

"Cool cash" is relative but with T.bills, your capital is safe and income is guaranteed.

Thank you so much ma,i have been thinking about that too and now that there is no job yet mayb i should learn a hand-work so i can be able to stand on my own later
That's a good one, going back to your baby daddy's family I mean. So long they are not abusive, you can go and stay with them temporarily.

I'm not too sure the "learning handwork" thingy now would fly considering you have a responsibility in your hands now, unless ofcourse its a type of handwork that you can pick up fast and even start earning income while you earn eg cake making, small chops, dress making etc.

Keep your eyes open for ushering jobs(I suggest you PM nld's Sassygal and others at the events section) , the pay might not be much but would definitely go a long way for you and your baby. Please send me a PM, ok?

Nothing good comes easy. No word from your baby daddy abroad either undecided

She want me to go and stay with my guy mum even though have told her the reason why i cant go there and the reason is that my guy mum was going through alot already because she's divorce and she has been the one taking care of her children alone moreso my guy is the first born and his other siblings are still in school,i just want to forget about them for now and move on.
No, you cannot forget them and move, IMO.

We make mistakes, we pay for it, we LEARN from it: that's life. I see no reason you should not go stay with them. There would be someone to help with looking after the child while you hustle/ work, there would be accomodation too. Whatever, their living conditions are, you should go and manage with them while you look for work.
That's the choice you've made for yourself, all you can do now is to endure and patiently work out plans to right the wrongs of the past. All the best.

Regardless of the circumstances surrounding the divorce, I don't think it's a bad idea to contribute to the welfare of your OWN kids.
If I find myself in your shoes, as far as I can, I would willingly contribute.

As per visitation, calmly work out something with your ex-hubby. When my kids are involved, I would play a fool, no ego.

Good luck.

My fear is even that there re so many government acquisition area in that axis and buying a property without a CofO is scary to me! Nice location i must confess and as for the hidden charges, Its very scary
You really think that place na " nice location"?

I am not sure. Ok, they claimed Oakwood 1 is sold out but mehn, not even a perimeter fence, no allocation up until now. I'm worried cos obviously for PHPark and Oakwood 2 and 3, there likely won't be an allocation in the next 3 years. . . I'm just speculating.

But na inside bush ooo. 4th mainland bridge, Dangote refinery, airport, bla bla, all are mere speculation.

Anyway, they have FINALLY removed the ridiculous charge of 30K per annum. I think they saw this thread and listened, good one on their part but now, I'm thinking of the location: what are the prospects in the next 7-10 years , anyone?

Make she born first na. It's easy to run mouth.

Does she know the true situation? If I have a designer bag hanging in my bedroom and my 13 years old daughter needs a bag what do I do? Go buy her a non designer bag because I'm worried quot people like TOKE or let her use mine? Long story short, it could be hand-downs MS Toke.

She can still be a housewife with her own business, no?

There are some businesses one can " manage" successfully in this country even with zero biz acumen.

I don't think splitting hubby's salary 50:50 is a solution. She wants to earn her own money, hubby wants a housewife ««««He should set up a solid biz for her.

I think naturally, people in super horrible marriages would prefer or even pray they are " die-vorced" by God so they can finally breathe and live their lives.

For now, I can't think of any as an option for me as I'm enjoying the best of my OWN world. No divorce / dieforce from man or God.
Family › Re: Please Kindly Share Your Tots Cos Am Loosing It Small Small by ifyalways(f): 7:53am On May 14, 2015
You really want your husband to get involved in soup and stew discussion?

My dear, improvise, this battle is not worth starting, much less fighting.

Cook in bulk and store in small containers. Mama cannot go to your fridge, bring out everything in there and re-cook. Besides, learn to voice out your feelings subtly without being confrontational and MOVE on. Example- when mama converted your stew to egusi, a simple but playful " oh mama, you made egusi? That's so thoughtful of you but I already made egusi too and it's in the fridge" would do instead of bottling it all up.

Some things fade away if u don't make a big deal out of it. This is one of them.
