My question for PWAN, their agents and subscribers is :- why don't they allocate after payment to their subscribers?

Have anyone bought from PWAN ( Lekki villas, oakwood parks 1,2,3 or PHPAC estate) , what was the experience?

I'm also looking for 2 plots of land at Awka, Mgbagwu( Anambra state) and environs.

Budget : 500 to 900 K per plot.
