I wish I had your type as a wife. No nagging, no quarrels, no oppositions, wow!

All you need now is to spice up your marriage.
1. Get to watch romantic movies together.
2. Visit the cinema together, or find a cool hangout together. Don't stay indoors too much.
3. Watch "blue film" together.
4. Stop hiding your unclothedness from him, bath naked together.
5. If you can, sometimes get a bottle of 1℅ alcoholic drink I.e star radler. Get high a little.
6. Dress and UnCloth in his presence.
7. Get dirty jokes, come out of your shell. Get dirty sometimes I.e a husband asked d wife y she's fond of wearing his boxers, the wife said ," it because I love u". The next minute the husband went and wore the wife's pant to prove his love too. Lol

Change is here to stay. It might be slow, but believe me we will surely get there. But what about the 60 billion naira budgeted for the project. Someone should please explain where that is going to
Take the MM2 & Lekki toll gate projects for instance. It was built and being maintained by private companies. The MOU would state the period they would maintain & earn fees on the projects before handing back to the government. The N60b in the 2016 budget could be for feasibility studies for terrains, settlement & compensation of farm, property owners along the paths. Security, logistics etc. The $11b would be provided by the Chinese Govt/bank to their Chinese company to build the railway. Only we don't know the duration of maintenance, recouping of funds before handing over to the Nigerian Govt.

If fresh funds must be injected into the project, then sighting it in any of the Niger delta states aint a problem. Kachukwu is only fighting for his state-Delta while Amaechi is fighting for posterity. Kachikwu ought to bring this up at the federal executive council rather than overstep his ministry.
BusinessRe: Why Can't A Country Just Keep Printing Money And Become Rich by igala1(m): 3:41pm On Jun 01, 2016
If CBN prints billions of naira and share to Nigerians. What would we like to do? Spend. Invest etc. If we invest in say, building a refinery or purchase a vessel. I'd need to buy parts from oversea since I don't have the technical/material resources. Then let's say N300=$1. What would happen? I'd return back to CBN or BDC(Aboki) to convert my say billions to dollars at the prevailing rate. Now the more Nigerians have the printed billions, the more the BDC would charge for a dollar I.e N1000=$1. That's because a lot of people are in need of the dollars, the dollar becomes scare and Aboki would jackup the exchange rate so he can have more naira for his scare dollar. This would happen until there is no more dollar available to Nigerians. Then we won't be able to invest& spend to buy especially foreign goods/assets. We'd only be able to trade locally until local goods too becomes scare and we'd have our billion naira but won't be able to buy anything with it.

The only solution is that we're able to increase our productivity and sell both locally and export to get more dollars into the economy. Once that is done we'd have excess dollars to satisfy our printed billions.
US could afford to print & bailout because it has what we call trade surplus. I.e sales from exported goods/services>spendings on imported goods/services. That is they produce more than what they consume.
Hope this simply clarify your question.
PoliticsRe: Reps To Amaechi: We Don't Receive Budget Proposals From Ministers by igala1(m): 8:13am On Apr 12, 2016
All dis nothern senators is not thier fault. If not for d stupidity of my Niger Delta brothers who are so fixated on Hating Buhari due to Instigation by the Igbos as a result of Jonathan loss, this senators wont be bold enough to openly admit adding more money to Kano rail at the expence of Calabar rail. When in d same speech, the same senator is telling us they have d power to add and remove any item from d budget.

If they can add and remove any item from d budget as they claim, why is it Niger Delta project that they are removing due to flimsy excuse that it was not on d original document despite d fact that it was presented to them in d senate as an addedum.

The simple question we need to ask this senators defending d ommission of Calabar lagos rail is this: All d constituency project they added to d budget were they in d original budget submitted to them? The increase in d amount 4 Kano rail was it in d budget submitted to them? All d new road linking thier states they added to d budget was it in in d original document submitted to them? If they can add items not submitted to them on d original document, what stop them from adding the Calabar Lagos rail project that was clearly successfully defended, discussed and submitted to them as an ammendment or addendum? Thier argument that it was not on d original document submitted to them is lame, completely outrageous and dead on arrival!!!!This people must be thinking they are speaking to morons!!!!

The greatest traitors to d Niger Delta right now are those fools, and extreme bitter people who are ready to kill d development of Niger Delta just because they hate Buhari 4 cheap political point.

The truth is dat Buhari got nothing to lose. He is a 72year old man who has been Governor, Minister, millitary head of state and today democratically elected president. He is already a great achiever.

We Niger Delta people are being foolish and myopic. We must protest against NASS.

We must not give away what belong to us just because Jonathan lost election. Niger Delta is bigger than Jonathan loss. We must move on and stop harming ourselves. Jonathan is a Beneficiary of Niger Delta Struggle. He was never part of d struggle. We must not destroy our region just because of a benefiary who never contributed much to our region when he got d opportunity.

We are just being silly and foolish.

According to Peter Obi former Governor of Anambra state, Igbo are d cause of thier maginalisation because they dont know how to negotiate politically when others (North and South west) are negotiating for thier people.

My Niger delta brothers, please we must not end up like them. We should be wiser.

The Lagos Calabar rail is just named Lagos Calabar . The Rail actually goes from Lagos to Calabar to Aba to PortHarcourt to Ughelli to Sapele to Benin and to Ore to Ibadan and back to lagos. It is South west, South South and South East rail. The rail is expected to also link Onitcha and Asaba and Warri.

We claim we are more educated than the North. We brag with our worthless PhDs. Notherners with ordinary primary Six certificates are dribbling our PhD senators like Lionel Messi.

This has been my grouse with this administration. The inability of the FG to properly articulate and communicate its fiscal policies is quite disturbing.
---
OK, we should be self sufficient in agriculture, but what is government policy and Strategy for achieving it? Are there any low interest loans for farmers? Are there any government concessions or support for those willing to go into agro-processing? Any government policy to increase cheap access to farmlands? etc.
---
We should be self sufficient in manufacturing. What is government target for power generation? Any access to finance for those willing to setup factories? Any Tax considerations? Are there any clear plans and strategies for encouraging OEMs to setup local production facilities in-country?
---
What is the government industrialization plans & policies? What specifically are government plans for diversification of the economy? What exactly is government plans to reduce unemployment?
---
The administration needs to communicate more. In my elementary knowledge of Finance and Investments, capital only goes to where there are less uncertainties. This government has practically relied on CBN monetary policies with very little input on the fiscal side.
If the government immediately starts informing the public, some early entrants would not enjoy their advantage as soon as new entrants start emerging in the market to break their margins. Information is key a good businessman pays high for& searches for vital information.

INEC was issued a notice to produce voters register& other materials which they bluntly refused to produce. How does the SC expect Dakuku to enforce same. It is law that if exhibits upon a court notice to produce are not produced, then judgement can be entered against such defiance. This is so unjust. They just limited the entire case to card reader.

Dangote does not need any preferential treatment from the CBN. He can easily get all his funds from abroad. Even cement manufactureres he being numbrr 1 that they detest selling their export earning to government at the officisl rate. This what you get when government picks winners.

The exchange rate policy is scaring away a lot of genuine investors. You don't know the nightmare of sourcing forex.

You put in for $10,000,000 and after 4 weeks, government hsnds you $1,000,000. Because the naira is heavily underpriced, weekly demand is $1.5b which the government can never meet.

I doubt the country has any comparative advantage in making airconditioners. Its also 100% dependent on imported components. With the forex restrictions in place, this is not practical
Haba! Which investor puts in $10m and in 4 weeks? Thats where problem started. Do you call such an entity an investor or a trader. Investors pay salaries, investors stay for medium to long term not short time. Seriously, only the overfed are crying for devaluation my grandma don't know champagne or Gucci.
PoliticsRe: "The Economist" Accuses Buhari Of Worsening Nigeria's Economy by igala1(m): 8:20am On Jan 29, 2016
Monetary policies are designed by CBN while government channels fiscal policies. As an investor in the real sector or oil&gas sector. If I'm hoping to invest say $1m then I don't have to mount pressure or dictate to my host country its rate. I'd exchange $1:N200 at CBN rate, make my business proposals with my end users to include changes in FX. I.e I'd add my profit margin plus any change in FX in my contract. With that serious investors are not bothered about their returns on investment. What is most important to investors is TRUST. Can my business be protected by the country laws? Would my business environment be secured? Are there trainable manpower from their institutions? Commerce and Industry impacts on the economy with above strategies while "Traders" are hit & run always wanting to reap before sowing.

As a practical econmist. the following should be done:

1. Devalue the Naira. Allow it to float. Let it find its true vslue.
With FX pressure from foreign investors who come in with capital rather than sunk/manufacturing etc funding, Nigeria would lose all its naira for dollar thus leading to inflation-a situation Zimbabwe is yet to recover from.

2. End the import restrictions on the 41 products excluded from the CBN window.
Restrictions on foreign goods at least temporarily was how countries like China,Singapore and Malaysia became emerging nations. We are too import dependent. If the budget is fully implemented, local manufacturers would b encouraged as business transactions within Nigerians would open up the economy.

3. Slash import duties. High import duties simply rncourage smuggling.
Import duties should remain but more ports given permit other than Lagos to reduce cost of logistics. If customs continue with what we're seeing now, blocking smugglers& sacking corrupt officials & enforcing same duty or more on apprehended smuggled goods then we'd have more earnings.

4. Lift all import bans. Same reason as above.

5. Slash company tax to 18%.
Company tax in Nigeria is relatively the least compared to countries like UK&US. If the government is sincere by providing infrastructures, power, etc paying higher tax won't be a problem.

6. Pay the monthly allocations to the 3 tiers of government in dollar certificates. This will end the persistent excess liquidity and also lead to a massive slash in inflationary pressure and interest rates

7. And so on

Did you notice that ALL of those who have been named as having shared in the blood money by Dasuki are Muslims, Christians and even atheists? Do you realise that ALL of them are Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, Ijaw, Fulani and all of the hundreds of ethnic nationalities making up Nigeria? Have you asked yourself why you didn't hear any shout of marginalization or oppression when the money was being shared by Mr Donatus Dasuki?

Let me break it down for you. In that secret place where they make a feast of our commonwealth, nobody is Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, Ijaw or whatever. There's no Christian, Muslim or traditionalist when illicit money is to be preyed upon. No tribe or religion, they belong to one family: the political class and their interests transcends tribe, ethnicity or religion. Money is their paradise and their belly is the only god they worship.

So, next time any of these idiots come screaming that your tribe is being marginalized or that someone is trying to wipe out your religion, tell him to go to hell and enjoy his journey to there. If you agree with him and allow them to turn your destiny to a Ludo game, then Sorry is your middle name and you suffer from a terminal disease called 'Congenital Stupidity'. It has no cure and the symptoms don't show very early. Once you're afflicted with CS, the end result is to die in ignorance while defending the idiots who turned you into a whimpering MUMU. PoliticsRe: S’court Ruling: Nobody Can Steal My Mandate, Says Wike by igala1(m): 8:39am On Oct 28, 2015
Why Dakuku/APC would be return back to Government house.

1. The traditional Upland/Riverine dichotomy.
The elders and stakeholders in the state as forefathers had thought it wise for fairness, equity and peace in the state, that political parties must nominate candidates based upon this norm. This was how Amaechi an Ikwerre came on board haven through Odili pacified his fellow contestants from the Riverine. In the run up to the PDP primaries, the likes of Dump LuluBriggs&16 others petitioned the party on the gentleman agreement but instead some of them were beaten to stupor by Wike's touts. There is a quiet rumbling in the jungle of the Riverine and other non ikwerre ethicity to uphold this sacred tradition of rotation and nature has bestored them the opportunity once more.

2. Dearth of development under "our brother".
Despite influencing 2 million votes- the highest for his brother in the 2011 election, Rivers state became worse off under his watch. Wike blocked other PDP stalwarts from gaining contracts to the state from the Federal Government because of his greed and desperation to knock off all contestants to Brick House. Its in record that during the 2015 campaign, "our brother" affirmed he didn't do anything for us as alleged. Under "our brother", the International Airport was abandoned, surveillance aircraft to reduce oil bunkering was terminated. The syringe factory never saw the light of the day. UNEP report was neglected. Proceeds from Soku oil well (Rivers) was awarded to neighboring Bayelsa. Rivers Oil wells were given to Abia& Akwaibom. All these could have boosted the economy of the state & reduce unemployment.

3. Return of thuggery, kidnapping, insecurity, armed robbery, multiple local government levies& "matching ground" under Wike.
The non indigenes who make up 45% of the state electorate have been reminded of those horrible past under PDP/Odili were we sleep with one eye opened. The state has recently slipped back to those dark days of torment. Shop owner are being harassed forcefully to pay multiple levies that never gets to the LGAs. They wear authorized ID cards issued by the Wike led government. Property developers in the state are neither spared too. If you don't comply to their demands your properties would be confiscated plus you can get brulalized. All these never existed under Amaechi/APC led government.

4. Government is a continuum.
The undeniable achievements of the Amaechi/APC led government in education, agriculture, roads, employment etc now abandoned by Wike would be continued and improved upon under Dakuku.

5. Sponsorship, denial& arrest of Biafrans.
The Igbo minority in Rivers state are the bulk of the non indegenes who can give a bloc vote. They are scattered round Phalga, Obioakpor and Eleme. They have been embarrased by Wike after he initially supporter their agitation but later withdrew & its pay back time.

6. Since 1967 Rivers state has always aligned with the Party at the Center.
It is a known fact that Rivers state does not play opposition to the winning party at the Federal level. This is sacrosanct and Wike knows this. It necessary to assist the state gain contributions for its development from the Federal government this has helped Akwaibom, Bayelsa& Rivers in the past. The stakeholders are beginning to withdraw to the drawing board to reaccess their interest as having not been achieved under a supposed Wike/GEJ administration they may submit to negotiations under a Dakuku/PMB tenure. Under PMB Elements petroleum was completed and functional. UNEP report has been given support. Many more goddies would come especially with Amaechi as a minister and he does know how to negotiate.

7. Wike will be prosecuted on fraud as education minister and on killings during last election.

Did your senators confirm your state of origin on papers you have submitted so far? An elected governor is above such craftiness.

The issue here is this; Saraki is under pressure& would loss vote of confidence should Ekweremadu be allowed to preside in his absence. If he's indicted by the CCT & continue to prospone the screening he'd loss further vote of confidence. Unfortunately, he can't get the house to agree returning Amaechi unconfirmed as it stands now. The Nigerian Senate.
Attn Senators: Rivers East Senatorial District,
Rivers West Senatorial District,
Rivers South-East Senatorial District,
Distinguished Senators Sirs
PASSIONATE APPEAL TO DISQUALIFY & RESTRAIN FORMER GOVERNOR ROTIMI AMAECHI FROM BEING SCREENED BY THE SENATE.
I humbly and respectfully make this passionate appeal as a bonafide son of Rivers State specifically from Omoku Town in Ogba Egbema Ndoni Local Government Area. I am not a politician neither am I a registered member or sympathizer of any political party or interest group in Rivers State but a concerned Rivers Son who just believes that based on common sense and morality, the person of the former Governor of Rivers State; Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi should be disqualified, restrained and prevented from the much expected Senate screening if eventually his name (as being speculated) makes the President’s list of Ministerial nominees to be screened by the Upper Legislative Chambers anytime soon.
Sirs, as representatives of the people of Rivers State in the Hallowed Chambers of the Nigerian Senate, we count on your God’s given wisdom to ensure the right thing is always done at whatever level or circumstance irrespective of who is involved. Recall Sirs, how we were all witnesses to the fact that before the former governor left the helm of affairs of the State, every facet of work Force, contractors and students studying abroad to mention but a few were owed huge salary arrears. Government indebtedness was the order of the day. Failed monorail project, closure of the Courts, highhandedness and flagrant disobedience of the Judicial Commission of Enquiry etc were the ‘parting kiss’ the former governor gave the people of the state who voted him and supported his administration for more than 7 years.
Sirs, while I personally believe the former governor has the right to belong to any political party of his choice, I don’t believe he still holds the moral justification to sit in the Federal Executive Council (FEC) as a representative of the State according to the Federal Character Clause as enshrined in our constitution.
We the good and peace-loving people of Rivers State would therefore be counting on you to do the needful and allow justice to prevail over injustice in your own little way by ensuring he is disqualified speedily and asap.
Please accept the assurances of my highest regard…!!![/quote
Name your replacement
