TravelRe: Germany To Allow International Students Work For 9 Months Prior To Studies by ignis: 5:10pm On Mar 22, 2024
Ahmed4002:
Nah, the major barrier is getting the Visa appointment.

Waiting period for the visa appointment is approximately 1 year or more.

Except you hold a 1st class degree within the last 2 years or you are going for PhD program or hold a scholarship from EU body like DAAD.

If not, you have to wait for more than one year to get visa appointment.

And you would need a block account of 11,200 Euro as a proof of fund, which cannot be withdraw. You would be given 850 euro monthly
That block account fund is very strict.

BusinessRe: FG Seeks Fresh Court Order To Extend Detention Of Binance Executives by ignis: 2:50pm On Mar 16, 2024
Tealcrestmedia:
This can be like a two edged sword and have a negative effect on investor confidence. If there are charges, charge them quickly or let them go on bail. You can't be detaining someone for over a month and you're yet to build your case, it's really not good. You can release them on bail and have custody of their travel documents. Apart from the money laundering allegations (no kyc for top users, because it's obviously crypto and that's how it works), I don't think there's any other huge crime in running an exchange platform.

They should remember too that we have Nigerian entrepreneurs looking to do business globally.
Having custody of their travel documents won't have any effects because they are not citizens of Nigeria.
