![]() Structure doesn't mean Igbo Traders Association We'll start seeing the Obi wave in the first election of 2022 since the primaries in Ekiti on Saturday. Let's see how Labour Party performs in Ekiti. On a serious note though, fear elections in Nigeria. I voted Gani Fawehinmi that year in the presidential election and when result came out Gani had 2 votes in Nigeria. Me shock, even Gani sef shock. APC and PDP will rig this election that is why I am not so hopeful that Obi will make any difference without structure. |
ganisucks:Makes sense from a political point of view but with Bokoharam, Bandits and ISWAP running riot across the country; Christians will be concerned and reluctant to support such ticket. Tinubu may win South West , and Kwara on such ticket based on tribal affiliations but it will be a hard sell elsewhere..... The 2023 election may end inconclusive sha ![]() |

It will be good if he can win some states but at the moment he will not win any. If he gets a strong VP he may give PDP and APC a good run for their money but still very unlikely that he will have the reach necessary to win any state. If by some miracle Obi wins 2-7 states in 2023 he may well become the president in 2028 as I don't expect any good thing from PDP and APC. |
Labour party will not win any state in Nigeria |
chizidgreat:Unfortunately I will not be voting. If I was I will vote based on capability, manifesto and previous performance in government or private sector. Age will never be a factor for me. |
Don't mix religion with politics. PVC or no PVC APC and PDP will still rig the elections. Many with PVC will stay at home and not vote. The priest is wrong....any process that involves forcing people and mandates is wrong. |
uthlaw:It will not be mad...they cannot win....it's not a lottery it's political science. Na Atiku go suffer am |
One day bandits fit abduct Nigeria itself ![]() |
Senate President zoned to SE. Lawan will not be allowed back in the red chamber to avoid another Saraki type coup. |

Tone down your hope and ego |
Se you died in the last 7 years ni This is the VP that took money that could be used to build industry to share in the market o....under whom the economy has gone into red....the one that finished Nema funds....and he's your new Nigeria hope. Smh |

Amaechi almost always had the lowest online votes before APC primary while Osibanjo was miles ahead of everyone...but when it matters Amaechi even had more votes than Osibanjo....most people voting online live overseas and have no PVC. Besides in an electorate of 3 million in a state having 3k online doesn't win you an election. The biggest challenge for Obi will be meeting the constitutional requirement of securing at least 25% of the votes in 19 states to become the President. |
This guy talks too much. Atiku will have the highest votes in North West and North East...the best Tinubu can get there is 30 -40%. |
HIGHESTPOPORI:Jonathan lost because he lost the structure many PDP governors, national assembly members became nPDP and joined or supported APC. Even at that Jonathan gave it a good fight as the incumbent |
Osibanjo has bitten more than he could chew unfortunately. If he had steeped down for Tinubu at the convention people would have attributed Tinubu’s win to him but instead he went on to disgrace himself.....after 2023 he has no electoral value....he has moved his membership from Lagos to Ikenne....cos he has no electoral value in Lagos....he will always be seen as a traitor which is sad because until his wife encouraged him to run against his leader he was always given the utmost respect, people respected him as Tinubu’s boy and he got Tinubu’s respect....now not so much which is sad. |
Dont be surprise Obi might win 1 or 2 states in west
Unfortunately Obi will not get the constitutional requirement of at least 25% in 2/3rds of the states. I will be suprised if he really wins any state in Nigeria. The governors are powerful and usually determine the results of the states. If APC remains intact it will be almost impossible to defeat APC. They have governors, senators, reps, etc I.e. structure and influence |
chidexleo:Soon you will make excuse that VP can't do much |
You fail exam come tell your parents say na your writing fine pass ![]() |
Shey you dey whine me ni. This man was failure for 7 years yet some of you are hyping him. Atiku's score card as VP is outstanding compared to Osibanjo. The only thing this professor will be known for in history is wasting billions of naira on Tradermoni. He is not that bright in governance or resource management. He is a lightweight politically. A sitting VP came 3rd and a very distant third at that. Nobody really respects him apart from the online herd. I was ashamed for him at Eagle square when he was called to speak and his rented crowd were constituting nuisance. Delegates just dey look am say wetin dey do this one. |
OLAADEX:FAKE NEWS Delegates could drop their ballot in 40 boxes not marked by states. Moderators should close this misinformation immediately |
Fellow Nigerians in the last 2 weeks we have seen the power of delegates in our electoral process. In 2023 you and I will possess the same power as delegates to choose who becomes Nigeria president, state governors, senators, House of reps and assembly members. Don't waste your power to choose get your PVC. Don't sell your vote. It is your power. Vote wisely! |
