Daily Trust = rumour mill. They once said Onu was Buhari's anointed only for Buhari to say he nor get anointing oil |
![]() False prophets everywhere....Twitter prophet ![]() He dey check wetin dey trend for nigeria dey lie say na God tell am. Sadly this one go don ruin many lives in the name of prophecy. Our problem in this country pass politicians...false prophets follow join |
Credible Well he will become senate president if APC wins the presidential election |
Labour will not pull 1000 votes in Ekiti tomorrow |
Crvrider:The electricity problem is not really a huge problem....it's not like we are talking about an innovative technology. In Onelga local government in Rivers state there is 24/7 electricity in many villages using the Agip gas turbine ...Obi doesn't need to go to Egypt....the solution is right there in Nigeria.....the biggest challenge our past leaders have is that they don't get stakeholders engagement right....those in charge of generators coming to Nigeria are usually not recognised and they end up sabotaging the government.....we flare gas like since 1957.....go to Obrikom in Rivers gas is being flared even now....same gas Europe is paying billions to Russia to get...same gas used in gas turbines to generate electricity |
This man in labour party has been in PDP for years until few weeks ago....so how is he now the solution.....besides he's contesting to be the president not a King....he will need the legislators to make things happen....there is little evidence that LP will win any national assembly elections....no chance of any LP governors....basically he cannot govern properly if he wins.....he will be a lameduck president...ask US presidents who loose Congress |
Just vote a southerner to avoid Fulani domination of Nigeria....Tinubu or Obi Peter Obi should approach Wike for support now.....If Obi can get Wike's support...He may as well get most of SE votes and about 40% in SS If Wike supports Tinubu.....then APC may increase their share in SS....Professional pollsters will make loads of money from our politicians |
SDP should win on a good day but fear APC and INEC |
I hope Obi has a VP before he misses Inec deadline......youth leaders indeed ![]() |
Godjone:What chance you dey miss? This Obi was in PDP few weeks ago.....so he was a sinner now a saint cos he changed party? |
I like the photo op....but in what capacity is he doing this? He should focus on winning first....only the winner gets to decide the direction of Nigeria. Personally this is misplaced priority....get your VP.....start grassroot mobilisation in all states of Nigeria |
Stop wailing....it's now the electorates turn to choose |
aminulive:That sounds like Wike to me ![]() But you chose a YES sir as VP.....which is what Nigerian politicians have been doing since Obasanjo made the mistake of Atiku ![]() |
VoteObi2023:No! don't be deluded....the whole nation is getting PVC to participate in the election |
tamdun:Join APC ![]() |
PDP leaves SE to Obi. This election will be interesting. |
Just pray IPOB allows election in SE in 2023. The last governorship election in Anambra was an embarrassment for voter turnout. |
This is why I fear elections in Nigeria...with the right amount INEC will upload or re-upload anyhow result. |
YES they can if INEC allows free and fair election. I think SDP should win Ekiti elections on Saturday in a free and fair election. |
HIGHESTPOPORI:That was the deal he had with Tinubu before Kalu gave him this same advice. Well the rest his history now....Tinubu even called him out in his acceptance speech. Unfortunately for him the other man is not willing to step down for him. Under his own electoral act there is nothing he can do now. |
![]() Seriously why should anyone listen to Mbaka though....he's always trending during election time. Saying that, I am yet to see what Peter Obi would do differently. He was a PDP man and couldn't just become a saint by going to Labour party |
Lawan is really bad at the job. 1. Made an electoral law where he schemed statutory delegates including himself out from voting at party primaries. 2. Realising his mistake he started running up and down for Buhari to sign amended electoral act but trust Baba go slow e still dey study him signature ![]() 3. Lawan decided not to buy senatorial form nor contest....he forgot again that he may want to return to senate if he looses his presidential bid. 4. He lost his presidential bid...cos greed and Kalu happened to him....he was meant to step down for Tinubu but decided to give it a go....deceived by Adamu 5. Now his own electoral act will retire him politically |
mamaafrik:Don't be a militant...speak for yourself. Choice not harassment. |
In what capacity? Misplaced priority at best....win election first.... |
PaChukwudi44:Sadly you talk like a kid. Only accredited voters have been voting in Nigerian election since I know it. You sound like one who really has no idea how elections work in Nigeria. The only election in my lifetime in Nigeria that was perhaps free and fair was the 1993 elections....and then IBB annulled it just to show you that this country doesn't care about the will of the people. It is painful for me to see all our aspiring politicians visiting Minna for blessings but that's the system in Nigeria. |
babaolofin:Read well to understand the point. I said INEC is in the firm grip of APC and PDP. In that election there were villages in Borno state where we were told weeks before the election that Bokoharam invaded and people fled to IDP camps but results where showing tens of thousands voting for APC. The whole thing was a circus because you know that whatever they were declaring isn't the will of the people....they rigged everywhere...winning a rigging contest is not democracy but unfortunately that is what has been happening in Nigerian elections |
babaolofin:What I was saying is that there is always rigging in the Nigerian system. Until the electoral system is sanitised election in Nigeria will always be a sham.....and with the reported bribing of delegates at the APC and PDP conventions.....you can always guess what will transpire in 2023....RIGGING |
PaChukwudi44:Okies....you don't seem to understand the process...just because you uploaded a result doesn't make it valid under the law....election processes are never perfect but there is no where in the world where you just upload a result from a polling unit without verification.....in Nigeria verification happens at the collation centre |
PaChukwudi44:I am not familiar with the details of the electoral act so can't comment on this but it sounds good. The only problem I see is whether the portal will be accessible to the public (I would think the answer is NO). They will have to take the result sheet to the collation centre...and this is where the drama always begin....by the time you get to the centre there are 2 or 4 versions of the result and the REC will be called to make the right decision.....you saw the primary election of Banky W ( Two legitimately looking results - in one Banky W won in the other he lost). This is where inconclusive elections begin. Election result is only valid when the REC declares it. And then internet connection or missing election results. If the REC cannot sight the original result that was uploaded to the portal ( and trust the APC and PDP thugs to make this happen). REC may declare the election in that area inconclusive. |
LaSenior:You said it yourself doing everything just to make You need a person that you love and who loves you. Free her let her enjoy herself....She doesn't respect you. Move on with your life you will find someone else. The earlier the better. And never fall for tears... Ire o |
PaChukwudi44:Unfortunately Nigerian election is more mysterious than magic. It is not those who vote that matter nor whom they vote for it is what INEC declares. The presidential election that brought Buhari into power was such a circus. I remember one of the INEC returning officers forming eye problem...the professor nor fit read the lie he was given...somehow his glasses no longer functioned...somebody had to read it for him.... Obi may well be the most popular candidate and maybe people will vote for him but INEC will never declare him winner....rather they will just come up with this inconclusive states where elections will be conducted again....INEC is in the firm grip of the APC and PDP |
