Gaza is a part of Palestine ruled by Hamas. Some countries consider Hamas a terrorist organization others don't. Hamas has introduced "democracy" into Gaza and predictably Hamas always win the election in Gaza ...so technically they have legitimacy.

The war going on in Israel is between Hamas and Israel not Between Palestine and Israel. In fact the President of Palestine does not support Hamas as a political organization. His party has been trying to win elections in Gaza but has failed at every occasion. Hamas use the name Palestine to justify their activities but in fact they control a small portion of Palestine.

Hamas is wrong to inflict terror on Israel and Israel is using excessive force on Gaza. Most Gazans probably don't support Hamas' activity but will be dead from Israeli bombings.

I hope the UN can be an unbiased mediator here but however you look at it, it is a bad situation.

Chicago State University made it categorically clear that Tinubu indeed graduated from it institution but can not authentic the document Tinubu submitted to INEC.

It went further to state that vendors can also issue Chicago State University certificate which I believe is the only leeway away to Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

As a Tinubu supporter it should be clear that Tinubu need to state clearly the vendor he got the certificate he presented to INEC from failure to do so Atiku should press further n prove no CSU vendor issued Tinubu the certificate he submitted.

Once it is established in court that no vendor provided Bola Tinubu with the certificate he submitted to INEC he should without further delay resign to avoid further disgrace.

Illiteracy was a problem in Nigeria many years ago but with the internet and increasing exposure of Nigerians to the rest of the world it seems some of you still can't read properly or have critical thinking.

Atiku is really a funny man sha. How can you go on national TV calling on Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwanso without informing them that you hope to mention their names. He could have called on LP and NNPP but went personal.

Atiku is desperate though....if he truly has a case against Tinubu he would go to court to argue that Tinubu is not eligible to contest for office knowing he has no case he was making up accusations. Unfortunately for him the burden of proof now rest on him to convince the courts that Tinubu indeed committed forgery by claiming to have the grades and graduated from the University he attended and the grades he obtained with official University transcript confirming that degree and qualification.

He will have to proof the intention to mislead and commit fraud. Whether me saying I had a first class when I truly do is fraud is what Atiku will struggle to convince anyone that the claim is not true.

The identity theft angle is also difficult without presenting the person whose identity was stolen.

There is none. Where does forgery come from? Atiku and Co's interpretation of the deposition. They had all the documents before deposition they went silent cos there is nothing to see there.

Forgery is a criminal offence not a civil case. CSU does not agree with Atiku and Mr Kalu Kalu rather they maintained that Tinubu the current president of Nigeria attended and graduated from CSU.

Atiku is alleging that Tinubu forged his CSU certificate without evidence. Kalu Kalu in one breath said Tinubu used fake certificate to enter CSU because the result belongs to a female Bola Tinubu (the female who has never been found by the way) and in thesame breath claimed that Mr Tinubu is a black American because he now believes the Southwest college that states Female has a SSN that belongs to a man......CSU had already told Atiku in court that it was a clerical error and that they offered admission to Mr Tinubu

CSU has never issued replacement certificate to any student because it is done by third party vendor. But Tinubu requests them to certify his own as he lost the original document during his fight for democracy against the military.

Atiku claiming it is forgery....means they have to convince the court that it was indeed a forged certificate considering Mr Tinubu attended and graduated from CSU.

Tinubu attended and graduated from CSU.....there is nothing forged or fake about his qualification.

Atiku and co said Tinubu’s certificate is fake because there are some discrepancies with other samples of CSU certificates they have seen. CSU explained in an affidavit that the University truly changed logos and signature depends on when the certificate was ordered.

Atiku argued the person who went to Southwest college was a female Tinubu. CSU argued that it was a clerical error and presented Tinubu's admission letter reading "Dear Mr Tinubu " CSU argued that the SSN was one of their verification methods and it confirms a male Bola Ahmed Tinubu. But even then Atiku and co are yet to present the female Tinubu.

CSU has consistently defended Tinubu. On the certified true copy of Mr Tinubu’s replacement certificate. CSU said it is not common but it seems to be a Nigerian thing to certify replacement certificates (enemies of Nigeria twisted it that they said corruption is a Nigerian thing)


CSU mentioned that as a matter of fact replacement certificates are not produced directly by CSU but by a third party vendor ( this is still listed on their website for those who are not lazy and suffering from mental disorder to verify). The registrar said CSU has no stake in it as it doesn't produce it directly but students transcripts are used to certify whether the student indeed attended and graduated from CSU and Mr Tinubu did. CSU also presented 3 certificates of 3 different students who made such request in the 1990s which are exactly thesame as the one Mr Tinubu presented to INEC. (CSU said they have these certificates because those students didn't pick them up,
asked about Tinubu's certificate CSU said they dont have it because Mr Tinubu picked it up ....but enemies of Nigeria twisted it as usual)


For the confused and deceived who kept saying Tinubu forged his certificate what exactly did he forge? What information on his certificate is incorrect? Where did he make a claim that is not correct?

Where and who declared his certificate fake? CSU doesn't deal with replacement cert. They said that clearly so they are not the ones issuing them including Mr Tinubu's. They keep the student transcript and can confirm that the Mr Tinubu indeed attended CSU and graduated with honors.

Forgery is a stretch by mainly obi.ngos.....Atiku hasn't made that claim....he may approach the supreme court of Nigeria to determine whether Tinubu forged his certificate if he so chooses...…but the deposition of CSU would make that claim ridiculous...as Atiku cannot lay any claim to any institution of authority whether it is CSU, US court or Nigeria Court saying the certificate was forged. All the claims on the said certificate are true...logo changes have been explained in an affidavit....signature depends on what year diploma is requested......

It's a nothing burger as far as it affecting Mr Tinubu but will have untold impact on future Nigerian students. I remember when I went to study abroad nobody cared about my certificate.... they requested my transcripts and that was all....nobody ever asked me to submit my certificates for employment

And Southwest college has Bola A Tinubu, Governor of Lagos State as one of their ex students (alumnus).

As a Nigerian who lives abroad....who has seen profiling of Nigerians I shake my head when I see many of you shortsighted Nigerians who think fighting naked is a way to prove a point. Tinubu and his generation will never bear the brunt of your foolishness nor will I and my generation but many Nigerians unborn will be viewed by the lens of your foolishness...painting your country as a place where certificates are forged, even when your claims are lies.
