For me, as long as the car worth the price, it's only pre order announcement, and Deji, i guess, is ever ready to get cars for people in Cotonou.
Furthermore, he stands a better chance of pre ordering cars older than stipulated years for Nigerian port, hence helps an average Nigerian as usual via his Cotonou route,
