raumdeuter: Some extremely dumb people cut off friends and families because they didnt vote for their team
Meanwhile. The team leaders are laughing with themselves probably at how dumb you are. That is why you are a loser and filure
And some extremely dumb people are celebrating lies, failures and degenerates. Maybe spend some of this time you waste away on this site studying Economics or US History so you may have an inkling of what you speak about.
Don't you feel an iota of stupidity typing these missives to a guy who pretends he lives in the US? Depressing that you are almost, if not in your 50's.
Obrigardo: Their drive is pure hate, they all come from a place of hate. When you know that, you'd see basilico loco and other maga rats as the evil and vile people no matter how they cosplay online.
Hurt people hurt people. It takes a lot of self hate and inner demons to be a black MAGA. This is seemingly all someone like Basilico has. So, in the end I feel pity for them, that this is who they are, that this is what brings them joy and being a fool for someone is what brings their life meaning.
Obrigardo: For your sanity, I'll advise you take a long break from this maga shithole.
Maga scums basilico loco and co will never change.
I've repeated ad hominem that these maga scummy scums are evil. I mean it, their real life personality is the taste for evil and reign of terror
That's their drive. So why debate evil people? They no longer talk about price of eggs now they are cheering on expansion with military and economic hardship.
These fools are falling into a trap just like Nazi germans and they can't even smell their fart.
Look at the regulars in this thread. 90% of the Trump supporters have never set foot in the US, through pretend they have and seemingly celebrate corruption, nepotism, incompetence and allowing Billionaires to call all the shots. They live in Nigeria and say, Hell Yeah, the crap we see here would work well in the US. The other 10% just want someone to blame their failures in life and in their businesses on. It was never about economic conditions. They don't even understand them hence voting for Trump and his tariffs.
radautoworks: FINALLY! someone who gets it! I gorge on steak before going home because I can't eat steak there as it's too gamey. Goat, yes. Fried meat, yes. Steak, that's a no for me dawg.
This is the first time I've noticed it or it was noticeable to me. I wonder if it's a change in where the majority of meat is coming or that I just paid attention because I was eating more meat.
armyofone: Yes and I hope they keep tge nama that way.
So, there may be different takes on it. I wasn't fond of the gameyness. In fact couldn't finish a steak at a nice place I went (will not name) as it tasted too gamey.
I've read that Nigerian meat have deeper flavour. Probably due to they're mostly naturally grazed.
Yeah, earlier the trip a friend of a friend had a bbq where he imported all the beef from South Africa. Juiciest, softest steak I've had there. Kind of ruined the trip (beef wise) for me as I could now taste the difference in the steak I ate. So, yeah the South African meat tasted better to me.
Yeah, I think it's the conditions they are grazed in. The steak has a deeper flavour, or more gamey flavor as I was told and tasted.
armyofone: Pepper soup early in the morning ? You tried Give me English tea, orange marmalade on wheat bread and fried eggs in the morning.
You can bring that my way in the noon- make it extra hot abanero Pepper soup cooked with goat 🐐
To think about it, it might not have been the best choice at that time. But to my credit I did order it when I got in at 5/6 am and before I went to bed, so probably wasn't making the wisest decisions at that point. But oddly enough I remember it being really really delicious.
Wagyu Cheeseburger I didn't realize importing South African Meat was a thing. And for the first time noticed the gameyness of Nigerian Meat. This burger was dope.
Ishilove: Cold fact is us Nigerians are not ready for change because of their corrupt mindset. The day I realized just now undisciplined we are was when, some years back I started using BET buses to commute to work. When we are on the queue, people kept on looking for ways and means to jump the line , so half the time we spent there, people quarreled nonstop. To even maintain the line was a problem because people were always trying to disrupt the line.
It was that period I realized we have a big problem in this country. These same people will carry this mindset of cutting corners into every sector of the economy and call it "smartness", and that's why things are just not working because us Nigerians work actively to sabotage the system for our own selfish benefits. The people in authority are too focused on primitive accumulation of wealth to the detriment of development.
We can't be like Switzerland because we lack the discipline, foresight and selflessness to make things work as they should.
To further the problem, Nigerians see the corruption in chaos in Nigeria and try to export it abroad. That so many Nigerians could support someone like Trump made me realize Nigeria deserves the chaos and corruption is has. Because people see corrupt leaders in other countries and cheer for them. It means they are ok with it. Until they aren't, Nigeria can't change.
bemeruca: Shocking details coming out of the George Flyord case might give Chauvin his freedom
Can't imagine someone waking up everyday to search for news and find ways to defend white people who murder black people in the country he pretends he lives in.
bemeruca: A feminist who hated men and wants all men to die was the shooter in Wisconsin. It's funny because someone who hates men and want men to all die has a boyfriend.
Again, feminists are useless to society as of today.
Probably nothing more useless than a man pretending to live in a foreign country to run romance scams, abi?
I salute all professional bakers because decorating a cake is not easy. The most important part is to enjoy the process even if it doesn’t turn out perfect.
descarado: Now that ABC network has agreed to pay 15m dollars for defamation, who next? All the Russian gate and what have you. When journalists become activists. Even lovers of United States saw what was happening from far. It was very disgusting.
I find it very odd that people who live in a country where some Rich Powerful person could kidnap you and use you for spare parts and your families cries would barely register, would defend Trump and what ABC did here. The decision/calculus by ABC and Disney is how Democracies die.
You should start by googling defamation and understanding what goes into even being a successful lawsuit esp. against a Public figure. Then actually do more reading about the calculus Disney made. It wasn't a principled one. It was a business decision.
You should really understand the law in this area, the First Amendment, the purpose of the First Amendment and the consequences for what just happened before opining. Especially if you live in a country that has the potential to be repressive, like Nigeria.
Disney could have appealed, of course, and executives felt the law was on their side. But the appeals process also carried substantial risk, Disney lawyers concluded. At a minimum, the $205 billion company would be litigating against a vindictive sitting president and risking harm to its brand. Disney wants its family-friendly movies, television shows and theme park rides to appeal to people of all political persuasions. The company recently endured a brutal legal fight with Gov. Ron DeSantis of Florida that made it a target of criticism — and boycotts — among Trump supporters and right-wing pundits. .. Experts in media law expressed surprise, noting the high threshold required by the courts for a public figure like Mr. Trump to prove defamation. A plaintiff must show not only that a news outlet published false information, but that it did so knowing the information was false or with substantial doubts about its accuracy.
Mr. Trump’s previous lawsuits against news outlets have almost always ended in defeat, including cases against The New York Times, CNN and The Washington Post.
bemeruca: TheyWe already have strict gun control. We focus more on this kinds of shootings but the elephant in the room is the random shooting nationwide. Untraceable illegal guns in the street.
Again, If you were in the US, your brain would default to We not They.
#When your brain can't keep up with your Mouth's lies.
basilico: I am party to donor meetings and the custodian of my organization data. I meet a lot of people. You are a failure that's why you always think noone doing well apart from yourself. Misery loves You are surrounded by miserable people , that's why you ghosted your friend who needed help getting papers.
Ha. You want any person who reads this thread to believe any rational person in any organization would give a nut like you a front facing position? Lol. Jokes. As I said you probably heard of these people from other people.
You and Bemeruca should invest your energy into figuring out how long it takes to get an H1-B visa so you won't be telling stupid lies that Bemeruca changed his mind about moving to the US, got an H1-B visa in the years after Covid, got on a plane and landed in the US all in the span of 34 business days. You both sound like certifiable idiots.
I am surrounded by Miserable people? When I'm in Naij, I'm usually surrounded by all those McKenzie people you're here running your mouth about.. Well the Partner/Director types.
AmazonTopaz: Former Chief Justice Burger was highly critical of the gun lobby interpretation of the 2nd Amendment and he was a conservative Justice. He saw the future. I blame Scalia for this with his horrendous decision in D.C v. Heller.
Right, there was a time when conservatives were actually conservatives and believed in the Constitution. They didn't reinterpret it to say what they wanted it to. Before this ruling there weren't many constitutional lawyers even conservative ones that believed this new interpretation of the 2nd Amendment. Decades later, here we are as if it's always been.
The legislative and historical context surrounding it is very interesting. Republicans do what they do because most people won't bother reading nor understanding it. Almost like Trump and his tarriffs.
Here is Former Chief Justice and Conservative Republican Burger calling this new 2nd Amendment interpretation "a fraud on the American People".
AmazonTopaz: A militia supplements for the military and this happens in times of war. There is no war going on in the USA for there to be a need for citizens to own guns. The text also talks about regulations. There are very few regulations in place and gun ownership is very loose. As we both agree that's it is the government that call for it to supplement for the military as originally intended I wonder why Conservatives refuse to see it that way and are obsessed with weapons.
I know that you were not making a case for it. I understand the idea of the amendment too and it's just bonkers especially from the conservative side. It's all about profit.
Republicans brought forth this notion that guns ownership is absolute and should be unregulated from whole cloth. The 2nd amendment wasn't intended for that purpose. When it was written militias had a more formal meaning. Each colony had it's own militia where every man had to belong. When the amendment was written it was to make sure the militia could push back against a federal Undemocratic standing army. Even the term "bear arms" was most referenced when talking about military service.
Republicans did what Reoublicans did and bullshited their way to this new view of gun rights.
But nothing will change until the Supreme Court changes. Just more children dying.
Maeve7: A militia is an organization of armed citizens, that’s the definition of a militia. If citizens have no access to guns, they can’t form a militia, unless of course the government calls for it to supplement the military but they won’t do it to fight themselves, which the founding fathers intended to in the case of tyranny.
I am not making a case for gun ownership, just putting things in perspective.
And the well regulated part? Where does that fit in?

Sorry. quoted you wrong twice. multitasking and badly.

basilico: The work visa is different from a visit or education visa I know. A company giving you a job does not smuggle you in, although you would clap in glee if bemeruca came through Mexico. It easier when it's a work visa than an education visa. I know of an accountant who was sent to Atlanta Deloitte offices from Africa and has been there for a number of years. So are several people who moved to America McKinsey from an African project.
Keep wallowing in your bubble .
I can list so many examples, I have mixed with a lot of people.
1.) I'm almost 100% sure you don't know any of these people. 2.) You listed a couple of employees of 2 of the top companies in the world to make the case that H1-B visas aren't hard to get? Are you well? 3.) Bemeruca did not get a H1-B Visa and he is not in the US. His Bullshit story that he changed his mind in March and got a H1-B processed in May, just 30 business days later, is just that, Bullshit. The processing time for the H1-B visa is 3.5 months now. It was soo much longer immediately after Covid esp. right after Trump slowed it down. And those processing times were backed up even for US passports (it was a 6 month wait for a US passport) until late last year. You and Bemeruca are too dumb to even research or understand the lie you are telling before telling it.
Wallow in my Bubble? Lol. If you only knew my bubble, you'd be throwing your bullshit resume at me.
cococandy: Well he might have said that but obviously he changed his mind the next day, applied for a job, the company was astonished at his rare intelligence and skill. They offered him employment immediately and applied for a work visa, got approved immediately and viola!
😂😂😂 All that rare intelligence and skills. They had to have it. So Got that H1-B Visa processed, arranged for him to move and contacted the Range Rover Dealership all in 30 Business Days. Almost miraculously.
cococandy: One account in the food section does a similar thing. They’ll post a paragraph that seems innocent/interesting. If you’re not careful, you won’t notice an imbedded one-word link in the paragraph. One time I was swiping and my browser alerted me that I was about to open a link. Obviously I backed away so I can’t say if it was a shady link but why the attempt to disguise it?
Just some shady people all over this forum.
Interesting. Thanks for letting me know. If I see it, I'll open it up (in a secure environment) to see what it is.
