I jus done on fon wit a chap servin in Benue state. Accordin 2 ds friend of mine, The state is VERY backward in terms of physical devlopmnt nd technological transfer.(this's a state dat senate president David Mark comes frm) Makurdi d state capital is a rural community nd its economy is agrarian based.(looks like 17th century in china) "Evrywher na farm farm". The only advantage to be derived in dat state is food. Accordin 2 him, u cn buy 10 tubers of medium sized yams for N500, foodstuffs r in abundance nd ridiculously cheap. U cn get "Any how" accomodation in the state capital for N1,200 p/a. i.e N100 a month for accomodation. This info came to me frm a reliable source. Goodluck to u Benue aspirants.
