PoliticsRe: Osogbo-ikirun- Ila Odo (KWSB): Adeleke Lied, Oyetola's Aide by Ikaeniyan0: 5:46am On Mar 15, 2023
Oyetola should have completed this project, but he dey do swegbe on top the road

Can you imagine Oyetola completely abandoned Gbogan-Oshogbo road that was started by Aregbesola?

I know wetin my eyes dey see on that road when I pass through it. A journey that shouldn't be up to 30mins, person go use close to 2hrs or more than sef because of the horrible road.

Major roads wey people dey pass are in shambles and he thought the people will com out and vote for him massively after failing to deliver important projects.

The road he spent in building the flyover in Oshogbo, he should have use it in completing either the Gbogan-Oshogbo road or the Oshogbo-Ikirun-Ila ado road.

I do pass through Osun State on my way to offa from Iwo road in 2019, 2020 and early 2021, so I really know about Oyetola horrible performance on does important roads.

Nah the same nonsense Sanwo Olu is doing in lagos State. Roads that were started by ambode in Ikorodu. Roads that were started in ikorodu 8-7 years ago, Sanwo reduce some of the roads quality and still never finish the construction of the roads.

If the people of ikorodu choose not to vote for him now, he will feel bitter but he does not know the kind of stress people have been going through on some of the roads he has failed to complete within 8 years.

Ambode would have finish the construction of some of this roads if he won his party ticket in 2019.
PoliticsRe: Why Politicians Are Angry About New Cashless Policy – Ex CBN Gov, Sanusi Lamido by Ikaeniyan0: 4:19pm On Feb 19, 2023
Gjrich:
Why Politicians Are Angry About New Cashless Policy – Sanusi, Ex CBN Gov.

Former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Muhammad Sanusi Lamido has cautioned Nigerians not to be misled by politicians into opposing the implementation of the new cashless policy of the Federal Government.
Lamido, who is also the former Emir of Kano, said that the Politicians are angry because they are more negatively affected than ordinary Nigerians.
The former CBN Governor said that he was responding to numerous enquiries coming to him from people who wanted to know his opinion on the ongoing naira redesign and cashless policy.

According to him, it’s the Politicians that stockpiled the naira notes which they intend to to bribe electoral officials, security agents, the judiciary and others with physical cash just to get to power “and begin another rounds of stockpiling,” that are against the policy.
“Now, with cashless policy, there would not be enough physical cash for the Politicians to bribe, and any transfer of money to anybody can be monitored and traced. That is why they are very angry and agitative.”
Lamido said that cashless policy in the Nigeria’s economy is not a new thing.
“If you will remember, I started the cashless policy as Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria in 2012.”

According to him, the policy was test run in Lagos in 2012 when he was CBN Governor, stressing that it is long overdue, particularly as the country heads to general elections that will usher in new set of leaders, from President downward.
“We started with Lagos and later spread it to five other states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).”

He said that over ten years after the efforts of the CBN under his leadership, time is fully ripped for the country to fully launch into cashless nation like other fast developing economies.
He said that when he started the policy in 2012, there was no external outlet to dispense cash, but that now that Point Of Service (POS) centres are everywhere in the country, there is no excuse not to go fully into the cashless economy.
He acknowledged that citizens would experience discomforts and pains associated with such policy change but that with time, things will normalised.

Federal government actually has good intention for naira redesign and cashless policy but is not worth destruction of lives and properties. The execution of the policy is horribly carried out, They targeted to solve few challenges but abandoned bigger consequences. Elections in crisis situations can never be free and fair.Votes buying is lesser evil to election violence.
CBN instruction to commercial banks to start collect old note is the beginning and end of the policy.
Is there a need for all this unnecessary chest beating?

How much did you pay to the federal inland tax revenue last year?
When I dey travel between Ikorodu and Ijebu ode

Should I be the one that will be repairing the Ikorodu-Itokin-Ijebu ode road?

When I travel from Ijebu ode to Ibadan, should I be the one to repair the bad road?

Where I live in Ikorodu, I hardly get up to 5hrs piw you supply in a day, is that my fault too?

Some of you are just extremely foolish

The FG and CBN are clearly going against the order of the supreme court, I won't be shock if your useless self blame the fault on me. That's how foolish you are

The CBN policy that have become chaotic all over the country should be blame on Nigerians.
