They both built roads and improved schools. Go and verify, PO gave 10 million naira to each government schools,2 school buses,upgraded their computer labs with 40 new laptops, upgraded their chemistry laboratory with chemistry equipments.

PO greatly improved education in Anambra state, taking them from 20th to 1st in Nigeria. Anambra has the best road network under PO.
